Had a lovely intimate birthday party here with a bunch of friends and the food was excellent, and wonderful service

Great food, and polished service. We will be back. We felt the bill was reasonable.

The food was good, but there were very few gluten free options, and even fewer plant based ones! We probably won't be going back, unless they expand their menu. However, the service was excellent!

This pizza is inherently bad pizza. But even a bad pizza is a good pizza. Maybe don’t order a large, dough is always undercooked under the massive amount of toppings. That being said I eat Robert street probably once a month. I am a man of shame. Service is nice tho

Terrible. Waited 14 minutes for order before being told to pull over to waiting parking as the meal was not ready yet. it was 2 egg mcmuffins and 1 yogurt cup. really? Ended up late for work. Thought I would go there instead of the Tim Hortons by my home in south nanaimo. Took less time to drive from Mc D's to duke point, than the time spent in the waiting line. Oh and I left without my egg mcmuffins and yogurt cup because they weren't ready and I had to get to work. Brutal. 2 years later decide to give it a go again. Coffee was brutal. brutal. could not tell the bacon from the egg shells in the MC. Muffin. No cars in front of me and total time in drive through for this simple order was 7 minutes. I will never go back there for anything.

When I dined here last I was very impressed with the service. I was able to get a table almost immediately, despite not having called in beforehand to make a reservation. When it came time to order, I was so overwhelmed by all the delicious options that I wanted to try all of them! My waitress must have overheard me enthusing about the menu, because when she returned to the table she had suggested to me a special Chef's Choice platter to share with my partner. I can confidently say that some of the sushi rolls that I had the privilege to eat were perhaps the best sushi I have ever had! The only caveat to this Chef's Choice platter was, each roll of sushi that we had received that night was not on their menu, and as such, it would be nearly impossible for me to order a specific roll again. Despite this slight disappointment, I think the uniqueness of the experience made it even more enjoyable than it might otherwise have been. I highly recommend this restaurant to experienced sushi-lovers, and sushi "newbies" alike, as the menu and helpful waiting staff offer many different options and helpful suggestions for newcomers to the delicious world of sushi.

Excellent meal! The buffet wasn't up and running unfortunately, but we ordered the Chicken Tikki sizzler and Beef Curry with rice and garlic naan off the menu and it was awesome! Despite the lack of buffet (temporary situation) and lack of parking, we'll definitely go back.

Most authentic and quality Japanese food in all of Nanaimo. Fish is always so fresh and tasty.

I just wanted to inform everyone about Soup take out containers. Mrs Riches suppliers no longer provide they foam soup containers hence the change. Please speak with your server in regards to this change they will answer any questions or find out for you.

Cozy little ramen shop with delicious food! Can't go wrong. Be sure to check the specials board for dishes not on the menu. The grapefruit punch had a grapefruit that was squeezed fresh at our table too

I mean... It was McDonalds. They were quick, had polite table service. This location has many electrical outlets which was great.

Great Pho, but there was so much more on the menu. Definitely recommend going back multiple times to try everything. Great staff and friendly locals.
