How many times have you been to a "new to you" Chinese restaurant in Nanaimo, had above average food, and then the second meal disappoints?
I Live within striking distance of this restaurant and have had CONSISTENTLY good, fresh food (not re-heated seconds even using take-out). Blink and you would almost miss it. At the back of Brooks Landing Shopping Center. Worth checking out in my opinion! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!

Well we just recently moved to the area and have been waiting for a chance to eat here. Finally we ordered in. Delivery was quick which was great. Portions seemed quite reasonable. My wife and I shared the Greek platter... I noticed part way through that one item was missing. The dolmathes.
My son had the kalamari dinner. He loves calamari. He told me it tasted funny. At first I thought he was being picky...being take out I didn't expect it to be super crispy but I tried it and my wife to...taste like it was cooked in oil near the end of its life. Ours was the same. Im a foody, my wife is a cook, Maybe it was an off time or what ever reason, but first impressions are everything. I will say that everything else that came with the meal was good.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered a pizza at 7pm was told it would be an hour. After 9pm the delivery boy called and said he was 2 houses away from mine. A female passenger then asked me to go outside to picked up the pizza. And after waiting for 2 hours for my pizza I told him I was not going to pay for it, girl in the passenger seat laughed, I hung up and ate toast and cheese. :(

Excellent little restaurant! Staff were fast and super friendly. The menu has lots of different options for anytime of the day, plus i think they do breakfast till 5pm which is great if you miss the breakfast window everwhere else! The place was busy when i went which is usually a good sign that locals eat here! The price is great for the amount of food you get. 5/5 👌

I ordered breakfast at 11am and could hear the staff making judgemental comments about ordering breakfast this late in the day. Did not appreciate it. Tell the staff to save it for their breaks.
