Shuttle & Taxi

One of the most reliable cab companies in town! I use them multiple times a week and never have to wait for very long. Punctual and polite I always enjoy my time spent in a diamond cab!!

Joe and Andy are always on time or early to pick me up and very nice. They have very good rates better than anyone else. I have used many times!.

I have had the pleasure to use the services of Mercedes Chauffeur Hire on many occasions, for both business and personal journeys. Their cars are immaculate, both inside and out, and they are very punctual, always arriving early, well ahead of the pre-booked pick up time. Their chauffeurs are always smartly turned out, courteous and very experienced. They have always provided me and my family with fantastic service and I can highly recommend them.

Arrived on time, very accommodating, as always. We're repeat customers. This afternoon, 5/11/17, they provided a minivan taxi to help my 19yo son, who is an RPI student, move his dorm room belongings to a local storage unit (same as last year, only this year he has more stuff). We've also used them in the past for trips to the airport. I'm always anxious about this sort of thing because my son is better at physics than logistics, and I'm 700 miles away. If you try to choose any taxi service in the Albany area based on Google reviews, you'll quickly see that many of the reviews seem bogus. Speaking for the five or so times we've used this service, they were punctual, helpful, fair, and honest, and we'll stick with them.

I have been a customer since sept 2017, due to a injury left me unable to drive. Grove Taxi has went above and beyond to accommodate my appointments and crazy schedules. Thanks you so much for your continued awesome service!!!!

They replied to my reservation request immediately. Driver (John) showed up earlier and waited for us patiently. He was great. Totally recommending their service.

Useless and rude, half the time these fools don't even show up when you make an appointment then when you call and point out theri mistake they basically say too bad we don't care, but if you're a minute late you can be sure the money grubbers will charge you. Also watch out, there is a base rate but if the driver knows he can rip you off, he will. Do yourself a favor, call an Uber, they know what service is.

I wish I could give zero stars! I haven't even used their service yet and already want to kick myself for booking with them. Their travel times on the website is not clear or easy to find, I booked then realized right away after clicking 'submit' that it would not work for my family to use their service as we would miss our flight. They will not refund under any circumstance and have zero compassion. It is not cheap for a family of 6 to have to forfeit this cost.

I highly highly recommend this place for fast friendly affordable service

Amazing customer service! Clean vehicles, and was always on time! Thank you again, and I will be using this service again.

Remarkable service. The prices are more than fair compared to other flat rate companies. From my experience, I would highly recommend it.

I had an overall really good experience with them. I called late at night, they were courteous and helpful. I wasnt from the area, so I wasn't the best at giving directions but they figured it out and helped :)

He is very friendly and nice
