Shuttle & Taxi

Outrageous prices, wants $15 for a 3km trip to Ramada on Pinewood. It’s a 4 min drive, I could understand for a cab company from North Bay because of the drive down and back. But $15 for this is ridiculous, bring on UBER

I have used this service on numerous occasions. It is a very good alternative to and from Toronto's Pearson Airport. I've found that to be true when trying to get home for Christmas. The shuttle travels in almost all types of weather, and I've never had to wait for a pickup. If you're staying overnight in TO, just check with the shuttle service that it's one of their pickup spots. The late shuttle gives you an unique view of the smaller communities north of the Muskoka tourist area. The night views certainly show how the building of the new Highway 11 corridor has affected the smaller Central Ontario communities that used to attract customers travelling on the old highway.

Great service . The lady was so polite and helpful especially since I had my two kid's and carseat with me . I would call them again .

Garbage service, half the time you call and ask for a cab, they laugh and say ok... and it never shows up. Will never call them again.

We had loads of fun last night, thank you!!! Our trip to watch the Ottawa Senators vs Montreal Canadiens was simply put, peace-of-mind. Your driver was on time and even made a few extra stops for us which the girls truly aprpeciated. Excellent service and once more, merci!

If i could i could give negative stars i would, i have never actually used Petawawa taxi simply because i they always so no for some various reason or a few times ive had cabs just not show up...will stick to Eds or Mckays

They are NOT licensed at the Ottawa International Airport! Despite advertising they are I was left stranded while airport enforcement took action and immediately charged/banded them for a third time Do not use this poor service I am surprised their car made it to Ottawa in the first place, the one I was in before was falling aprt I doubt they are even properly insured

Not a super long wait time, drives are always polite. Preferred choice over Dad's taxi.

90% of the reviews on both these pages are fake and made up for someone's sick entertainment.. i know for a fact there was no such scenario with a mother and daughter.. I am not sure what i myself did to bring on such hatred and pure evil towards the happy and amazing atmosphere that Dad's has become since changing hands. Yes, some people will always have their own opinions towards things regardless of authenticity or facts, which is why i am now, and will forever be grateful to the people who matter, the people who know the truth and don't live to try and destroy someones life or peoples careers. "Those who matter don't mind, and those that mind don't matter." thank you to all the amazing people who have supported us and taken the time to get to know us all and continue to call us day after day. and most importantly, thank you to all who see all this nonsense and know its absolute hatred, and continue to make us your #1 happy and safe ride home. I would rather walk than deal with a rude dispatcher. Whoever I spoke with on the phone needs their attitude checked.

My experience with Bob was much less pleasant. I had hired him to take me, my son and grandson from the airport to South River. Our flight was delayed which I communicated well before our flight left Toronto. When we arrived in North Bay, Bob approached and identified me briskly then barked "Let's go!" I needed to use the rest room which seemed to annoy him. He just turned away and went out to the car. My son went outside ahead to have a smoke. She second I exited the terminal, Bob barked loudly at my son, "Let's go!!" Not a good first impression. He immediately went on about how he would need to make a stop to pick up Canada's Wonderland tickets from his sister and would be delivering them to his nephews, then had to pick something up in Toronto, and make it back to North Bay to pick up a friend. ALL PERSONAL ERRANDS which I could have lived without knowing about, all to make sure I knew that he had a crazy busy day ahead. I felt that my trip was absolutely secondary to his priorities, which included an extra stop for him on a trip that I PAID FOR. My grandson - most inconveniently for Bob - became motion sick and we had to stop for a couple of minutes. I asked that he keep the window open for a minute, but the second we were back on route, he closed it. His non-stop chatting was also annoying as was the multiple times touching his phone to make calls etc. (at one point to show me pics of his cat!) while driving. Isn't there a law against that?? I was pleasant enough and returned conversation, because that's how I am. After being rushed out of the vehicle in South River, I tipped him $20 and he sped away. My son asked why on earth I gave him a tip. I guess it was because he repeated a few times the trip price "plus gratuity". I wish I could take it back. He hadn't earned it at all in my opinion. I would have expected this gruff treatment from a cab driver - NOT a "luxury limo" driver/owner! I will never use this service again.

I was more than happy with the service. My dad was not quite ready so the driver had to wait and still did not charge us enough. Of course we gave him more because I felt we were taking advantage of the low price. Plus he was so kind and patient waiting.
