Their dispatch is in Jamaica, they don’t know locations and addresses and don’t turn up on time. Terrible dispatch. Would never use them again

Rented the 35 p bus for my wedding. Driver was excellent, bus was clean and everything went as planned.

Have they re-opened this? Last I knew (years back), they demolished all buildings, let the runway grow wild and were selling the land (which was northwest of Beechgrove Sideroad).

Drivers are always helpful and pleasant

The cars are always new and clean and drivers are professional and on-time. Last I had the driver James who was very courteous. Their prices are also quite reasonable with discounts and promos being offered now and then. Happy customer so far!

Rulf and family take super care of the Airpark. Runway is in good shape. Great place to hangar.

WOW, They were very nice when booking the Limo, BUT after the fact the customer service was horrible. Office manager tried to add on additional charges and refused to transfer me to anyone else at the office. Literally I called to add a tip and somehow I find myself in an argument with the "Manager" as she called herself about additional charges that she eventually admitted weren't legit charges. I asked to speak with a supervisor or owner and she flat out told me they wouldnt take my call and there was no one else to speak too. Ok well, lets hope the owners see this review then as Im sure they would want to know how they are being represented by their office staff. Driver was great, but customer service is appalling at the office level... make sure you check your bill and invoice once the drive is completed.

AMAZING!!! absolutely amazing, Luigi is so kind and friendly. wonderful customer service! We got a stretch limo to the airport and back. When we got back to the airport at 2 am, i received a text from Luigi himself to let me know that our limo was waiting for us outside. They're on top of everything! i didn't have to worry about calling or finding them at the airport, they knew exactly were i would be. They also know if your flight is delayed or not which is great. If you need a limo service this is the right company !!! so friendly and amazing service

We used Niagara on the Lake Taxi today. We were picked up at our bed and breakfast in Niagara on the Lake promptly at the time the dispatcher indicated, and the driver was courteous and friendly. We were brought to our destination Casino Niagara quickly and it was pleasant drive. The vehicle was clean and in good repair, we will most certainly use them again when we return.

Would definitely recommend Exquisite Limo! Claudia was great to work with and made sure everything was organized and our driver Cuma arrived early and was professional and accommodating! I’ve had bad limo rental experiences in the past but I can’t say enough good things about Exquisite Limo! Will use them in the future!!

Great place to go for breakfast and watch a few planes. Fast friendly service, good food and a good price. We are looking forward to going back.
