Service très ordinaire. J'étais pris dans le fossé, le gars est arrivé il nous a pas dit un mot, il était vraiment bête. Il a attaché l'auto et à tiré très brusquement sans faire vraiment attention! Il m'a fait signé les papiers en plein milieu de la rue. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

Très bon service suite à une panne avec notre VR. La remorque a ramené chez nous notre véhicule et la famille incluant notre chien. Une expérience inoubliable pour tous. Un chauffeur prudent, compétent et très aimable.

I highly recommend Hartley Road Rescue!! They stepped up to the task immediately, to help rescue my daughter who got stuck on a logging road in heavy snowy weather conditions, last month. My daughter is home safe, after Rob bravely plowed a path with his skid-steer, in the dark, not knowing just how far or how bad she was stuck, till he came upon her van. It was a very slow task due to treacherous conditions, yet he was committed to the challenge, and I am a very grateful mother to him and his expertise in his field. This was very hard for me to be in Alberta, praying, and waiting to see if this man could help my daughter get on her way, and come back home. Thank you from Alberta

We were broke down along side the road with a broken muffler, called they said they were closed because of holiday weekend. Canada's holiday weekend was the week before . Told us if we waited until Monday they could help us. So they expected us to sleep in our truck. Are you kidding me . Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Broke down on the side of the highway was told a 45 minute wait... driver showed up in 20 mintues. Quick service and friendly staff!

Called them they got all my info only to tell me sorry we arent doing private towing tonight.....Then hung up. Thats fine id rather not pay you guys.
