Good customer service on the phone. Unfourtunately I didn't ask for a deck truck even though the tow was possible with a regular truck and would in turn be cheaper. That's why this isn't a 5 star. But the interaction with drivers was great. There was some issues with weather melting the ice making it super slushy but I cry underneath, so pertaining to the location where I wanted to park my towed vehicle the deck truck got stuck and couldn't get in. He got unstuck relatively quickly and had to call a regular truck to come in and finish parking my vehicle. They ended up not charging me for the second truck and the drivers were very patient and in good moods even though it was a Friday night and no one wants to work a Friday night. Lol. Thanks LA

Transmission went out in my car brought it in for service, I realize I did not buy the car there however we will be looking for a second car in the near future; I will not buy from here you make more on a repair than a purchase so why not give someone a loaner car. Treat all customers with decency and they just might become future customers. I will not!

I travelled 800 km to pick up my new trailer at Centerline RV and I'm glad I made the trip. Great deal and great staff! When I arrived, the hitch I bought wouldn't fit and the owner personally made a trip to have a new one custom-made to fit my vehicle...awesome service! Thanks!

Great service, great prices, great tires. Knowledgeable and fast staff. Always busy in there, which I take as a good sign. Always get helpful suggestions on what I need, staff takes time to ask what the tires will be used for before just suggesting the product that will net them the best mark up. Great customer service and warranty. My family and I have been using these guys for years, for every kind of tire out there. Semi truck, pick up truck, SUV, sedans, and sports cars. Always drive away feeling well treated and happy with the price.

Had a bit of miscommunication between an employee and myself with the quoted price was quite a bit different than final price. Once explained they threw in the rails for free for my 5th wheel hitch and brought the price down a some to meet more in the middle. Very fair they still need to make their money too. I’d certainly go back.

A group of us came in to exchange currency. Not a single person in the building had any sense of urgency. They found it more important to move a sign then deal with increasing size of the lines both at the front reception and the individual sales counters. Sandra who were dealing with would check to computer to see the next customer in line, let out a massive sigh, as if the customers were a burden and then walk to the counter with a scowl on her face. Over hearing other phone conversations from the front receptionist was the final straw. At one point in time she also let out a dramatic sigh and tell the customer, clearly frustrated and with much attitude Told the customer tp the effect of "Well how am I supposed to know what you mean"

Their home insurance is absolutely the worst, some plumbing issue that required a room be stripped down, lower half of the dry wall to the flooring had to be taken out, took a month and a half before anyone showed up to remove it, left all the garbage at the front of the house for over a week, they said flooring will take atleast a month to order, before any restoration even begins, this whole process is a joke.

Called at 9:25pm, was told I would receive a call soon, no call. After calling back Tow truck arrived at 10:50pm. Drop off at location 5 km away at 11:30. Please save yourself the hassle
