Towing

Just got a 91 Nissan Skyline towed by these guys due to a blown clutch and he took care of it, it's a low car so someone who knows what to do is Greatly Appreciated! Highly recommend! Hopefully you don't need em but they're fast, efficient and professional and will make your not so good day better

Don't be put off by the outside appearance. Sure it looks a little run down but man can they guys fix cars!!! Second to none in Grimsby. Decent prices and very very trust worthy. Beats the other guy across the street for sure :)

Pay attention to detail when dealing with this company and be sure to look over their bill and ask what all costs are for. One employee tried telling us our accident happened on the 403 when it happened on Upper Gage when we went to get our car and pay? Pretty big difference there. Obviously it is much less expensive to not have an accident on the 403. It seems like the employees could use more training when it comes to price points and explaining important parts of the process to customers. As our first (and hopefully last) accident, we did not know exactly what to do or how to handle it, and I feel as though we were taken advantage of (or they at least tried to). Upon speaking with the manager, he reassured me that this is not how they run their business and the situation would be rectified. Still ended up paying more than we should have for what should have been a simple tow, but what we ended up paying was a far cry from what they originally wanted us to pay (and rightfully so). As we appreciate the prompt service and friendly staff, along with managements help, this situation has taught us an important lesson and we will be much more careful moving forward in order to not have this happen again.
