Had Diamond Towing pick up and drop off one of my vehicles today , i was very impressed with the service along with a very professional driver. Also impressed with the Top notch towing equipment :-) I will pass on my positive experience to others if / when they need a local towing service.

They need to learn how to park in a public parking lot... taking up 3 spots right outside Eastgate mall in the rain so others need to walk further... ass hat

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT RECCOMEND!! THEY QUOTED US A PRICE WHEN WE GOT TO OUR LOCATION THEY CHARGED US 400$ MORE THAN ESTIMATE THEN THREATENED TO TAKE OUR CAR IF WE DID NOT PAY! absolutely outrageous service save your money and don’t go with this horrible disgusting service I wish I could give it a 0 star rating

AVOID AT ALL COSTS This "company" is a joke. My client called for a tow truck and some Russian guys first words to him is "if you were in Europe you would be dead the tow truck driver would pull you out and kill you" not even in a joking manor. This came off as a threat more than anything then he says to him that the cops were looking for his car and that it wouldn't be there in the morning after he refused his 200$ for 40 kilometer tow. This guy is a complete whack job and I wouldn't be surprised if he has already hurt people looking for a tow and stolen their cars. Cops have been notified.

Chris a terrible person and should not own these companies. He holds peoples vehicles as ransom, claiming he hasn’t been paid, when he has and the insurance company and credit card company’s provided record and receipts. Threatens customers and tells ladies “let me show you who is boss, come see and find out”. Chris is not professional and does illegal business.

My kids purchased tickets for them to take me to the Sound of Music pre-event (June 10) As responsible adults my wife drove us down town - Uber home. We Parked at the plaza on Brant that Pet Planet and Scotia Bank as tenets, I was a patron at both today. My wife walked us down Brant street and returned 40 minutes later to find our vehicle towed!!!! She was told by the “people” at Classic Towing that as soon as you leave the property they have the right to tow your vehicle. As a customer of Pet Planet and Scotia Bank (they can reference their records for they day) I will be advising them that I will no longer be using their services a this location because we can’t trust that if we step foot in the sidewalk that our vehicle won’t be towed! The Owners of this property need to re-examine their practices as I will openly campaign against patronage of their tenets.
