We got to the west-field office and no one was there so we called and the lady said they will send someone soon. We waited at least 45 min. Then we pay for the towing and they say go home and well call when we have a chance ( this was at 3:00 pm). we waited until 11:00 pm which i thought was rude. We found out the lady at the desk had just told the tower at like 10pm to get the car. We gave them our only key for the car and the lady said there was no key. they had to push the car with doors locked and clutch in gear with noooo key. that was great for the clutch. Wont use them and to expensive for the wait.

I have unfortunately had to use AAA services a few times this year. Yesterday the battery needed to be charged, I think 1 or 2 of the fuses may need to be replaced. In the past I have had to wait the full hour and then told longer watching the truck sitting in one spot the entire time. But yesterday the tow driver was here so quickly I wasn't even ready for him. He jumped my battery and was off. He told me that some drivers will wait the hour which is diffucult at times if u need to be somewhere and poor customer service. This driver was awesome. Of all the times I've had to use AAA this was the best experience I had. He was pleasant, professional, and jumped the battery in just a few minutes instead of making me wait for the hour like I usually have to. Please thank him and I recommend you take care of employees like him, he's the type of worker who will get you more business by word of mouth and his dedication to his job as well as your customers.
