We love Potomac Kennels! Nancy is warm and welcoming and looks after the dogs amazingly well. We have had our Golden Retriever there twice so far, and he is booked in for Christmas as well, and he loves it. She keeps the kennel impeccably clean and they do not smell at all! She does prefer for the dogs to be house trained (understandable!) otherwise it makes keeping everyone dry and not smelly in the winter challenging. Their rates are beyond reasonable, even for our soon to be fixed male and they are wonderful for answering any question you may have.

They are the only vet who could handle my dog who is a fear aggressive, 125lb german shepherd. He was abused before I rescued him, and trying to find a vet clinic who can handle him was challenging. The staff is great in accommodating him and the doctors are great with diagnosing and helping me get my pup checked out.
