Veterinarian

Great place and good prices to take your pets to for what ever ails them.

We take our 18year old cat here. He received excellent care.

We loved it! Having everything explained to us, what to expect and all our options. And having more than one issue checked out while we were there. We will definitely be back. Loved the follow up to check how our girl was doing.

The service I received with my dog last week was tremendous! My dog has had his back nail cracked and we were un sure of what to do. I went to see multiple vets that day to hear recommendations and all they said was I needed a consultation to see what is wrong, in which the vet wouldn't be able to see us until the next day or in a week, but my dog was in pain and we were scared it was going to get infected by then. A friend recommended Park Road Veterinary Clinic and said that they will help with anything and they are such kind individuals that work there, which she was 100% true. My dog and I went that day to the clinic and the lady at the front was so kind to take a look at my dog and said that everything will be okay, and there's nothing to worry about, were busy but will see if the vet can quickly take a look at the dog. It didn't even take 20 minutes and the vet took a quick peek at him and said it would take 5 seconds to clip the nail and thats it, after the other clinics I visited that day told me he would have to be put under and it would cost around $300 from just looking at it. A couple days after they called and asked how my dog was doing, amazing work!! All I can say is the service was exceptional and the individuals that work there are awesome, I will defiantly be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends and family!!

My pets have loved these vets for years. Lovely staff, caring doctors and fair pricing. I highly recommend Dr. Boa and Dr. Braithwaite

I was not really sure about the vets as this was my first time having to deal with a lizard vet and to my surprise they worked with me and they are really good with animals I would recommend this vet to any one and their pricing are affordable

We love Dr. Brill!! She is an awesome vet and our doberman Maverick loves his visits with her! He can be a handful but she takes everything in stride and he looks forward to his visits to the clinic. Thanks Dr. Brill for all you do!!

Highly recommend this vet. They are caring and very thoughtful.

Have been at taking care of our 17 year old cat.

Really amazing vet clinic! They have been out for my horse a few times, and have been wonderful. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for him! You guys are great :)

Fantastic staff, very knowledgeable. You can tell they really love animals and you never feel pressured or taken advantage of. Dr Joanne is our pups forever doctor. Would highly recommend them to anyone with fur babies.

No stars. I just brought my cat here to be euthanized and they tried to price gouged me! I had taken her a few times to this clinic and they were good, slightly overpriced, but good. However now that they have moved to a new, fancy looking clinic, their prices are outrageous! The lady started off by asking me if I wanted a plaque to remember my (still alive) cat and then proceeded to break down the cost to put her to sleep. When the lady asked me "did they explain the price to you over the phone when you booked"? My heart sank. I paid $150 for my 120lb dog to be euthanized and cremated at Burgess animal hospital and for my small cat, AHC wanted over $400!! A little price break down over the phone would have prevented this sure-to-be , sleepless night. Go to Burgess. They are amazing and yes, the clinic can't fit a damn giraffe through the door, it doesn't have pretty chandeliers or beautiful leather couches but their staff is amazing and they aren't out gouging people to pay for big doors and fancy couches. Animal Hospital of Cambridge is in it to make money off of people who love their fur babies! But if you like paying a premium for a fancy building, than I guess to each their own.

Friendly staff, caring and knowledgeable vets, convenient hours and location. Sick pets are fit in the same day and you will not be kept sitting for 2 hours in the waiting room, like at low-price high-volume clinics.

We received treatment from Beattie approximately 5 yrs ago and after a number of visits we changed vets due to poor interaction and communication from the vet. Now over five years later we had an emergency situation and Beattie was the closest Vet. We didn’t have any other option as it was an emergency. Thankfully the vet & team that took control of our dog did an incredible job. They were very knowledgeable and professional with us and our dog. The service they provided saved our dogs life. Dr.Featherstone was great and the Tech named Brad was also fantastic. They reacted fast and were able to save our dogs life. I’m not surè if there had been an ownership change or if better vets and techs are now on staff but I can say that we were very impressed with Beattie over the last year since returning. I would recommend this vet now and disregard all of the old bad reviews because Beattie seems to have successfully made the required changes to achieve a top notch level of professionalism and Vet services.

Our Dolly wasn't feeling well in the evening. She didn't have the ability to move her back legs, felt very lethargic and had no motivation. The next morning, she attempted to get up, but was unable too. When we contacted West Brant Animal Hospital, I was speaking with Laura about Dolly and broke down. Laura was so compassionate and said to bring Dolly in. She was so kind on the phone and understanding. A beautiful angel! When we arrived, two lovely and kind assistants, Lesley and Brenda greeted us with a stretcher to carry Dolly and made her feel loved and at ease. These two are angels! We were seen by Dr. Amy Butler who was very professional, compassionate and explained everything to us. Thank you Dr. Butler! You are so kind and yes, another angel at Team West Brant Animal Hospital! Our Dolly is home now and we pray that every day she feels stronger and is back to her ol self! Thank you to all, especially Dr. Kevin, who continues to show so much care and compassion to all our fur babies and to us doggie owners, to the staff, Judy and the rest of the amazing staff. You truly are the best! Prayers for our precious Dolly....Josie and Rick Mannen

Very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced

Dr. Perret and the attending technician there took excellent care of my cat, they were able to see us quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the bill was. I highly recommend their emergency veterinary services!

Superb team and service.

Our Pomeranian has been receiving care since 2015. Friendly, skilled and knowledgeable staff. Easy to renew medication and make an appointment.
