Veterinarian

Dr. Shany is the best vet we have ever taken our animals to. He's knowledgeable, compassionate and genuinely cares about our pets as if they were his own. We make sure our cats are always booked to see Dr. Shany. We had a bad experience with Dr. Orsini, she gave us the wrong advice when we brought our cat in for acne. We saw her again when our other cat was suffering from an unknown illness and she was really rude. Not compassionate at all and didn't seem to have a care in the world that our cat was dying right before our eyes. Our cat ended up having to be euthanized and for that we saw Dr. Shany, he was very kind and gentle towards us and our cat. The entire staff from their technicians to their reception staff is amazing but I would highly advise against seeing Dr. Orsini.

Our family pet needed surgery, Paris veterinary went above and beyond to insure the care of our pet and our concerns were completely taken care of. Highly recommend their services.

Highly recommended. Not a negative thing to say. Great people, professional, friendly, caring and very accommodating.

Great clinic, I highly recommend them.

On may 7th 2018 my toy poodle Dakota passed away we called them and they took us right away!!! They put us in a room and told me to take as long as I needed, they were so caring and sympathetic with me and my Dakota!!! I will definitely be going back there :) keep up the amazing care and service!!!

Very good with animals very friendly staff

Fantastic experience for the dogs. Dr. Gabor was very thorough and took the time to go through all our questions.

Awesome friendly staff

I love a vet who cares for the cats, has a sense of humour and says any problems leave a message for my attention sort of vet. Nice clean place, good prices, friendly. Lots of parking.. Also I like a place that has vets for a long period of time and no turn over

The staff here are fairly helpful and appointment times can be obtained on short motice. When compared with other vet offices they're pricing is way too high costing almost double. There is no wheelchair access (or stroller) and multiple doors with a car seat in hand and dog leash I'm the other.

We've been taking our pets here for years (first our ferrets, then our dog and cat) and have had nothing but exceptional care. The team is knowledgeable and caring and always accommodate in the case of an unexpected issue.

I will not be returning to this vet. I took my cat in for respiratory issues, his first vet visit ever and it was not a good experience. I found Dr. Walia's manner not reassuring in a time of stress for me and my pet, which ended up making the experience rather awful all around. It was as though he would only go into detail about worst case scenarios and all the things that could be wrong with my cat, and when asked about the likelihood of some of these things in his judgement, he would refuse to make any suppositions at all. When I would ask questions to clarify my understanding because I was stressed out and feeling pressured by all the scenarios he had reeled off, and the amount of things included in the proposed treatment plan totalling over $700, he would speak over me and cut me off.

I love this place! We have always taken our animals here. The people at the front desk are very helpful! Dr. Rideout is Awesome.

Saw my dog Saturday morning and had her stitched up by Saturday afternoon. Fantastic service and caring staff. Highly recommend. Dog healed up wonderfully.

After having had my kitten Faith spayed here and seeing her heal in record time I was impressed. I've spayed and neutered many cats over the years and impressing me with routine sterilization isn't an easy task. Last week I had gone through hell with my geriatric kitty after she was misdiagnosed by another veterinarian. On Kizmit’s last morning she began to seize and I called several places to see who could see her immediately. Being on a fixed income and having already spent $250+ at another vet clinic I was begging for a payment plan. The staff here arranged for Kizmit to be seen and Dr. Amy diagnosed her very quickly with a sizeable mass in her abdomen that the other vet likely should have felt if a proper exam had been done. Despite my heart breaking and my anger at the other veterinarian for missing something that allowed my baby girl to suffer so terribly the staff was kind, respectful, gentle and reassuring that I made the right decision by agreeing to end Kizmit’s suffering. The technician was incredible and managed to get an IV catheter in on the first try despite the fact that my girl was dying and her blood pressure was falling. Dr. Amy was kind, efficient and gentle as she ended Kizmit’s suffering. I can't recommend the staff and this clinic highly enough. They provide a valuable service to those of us in the community who are living in poverty. Thank you East Village, Dr. Amy and the wonderful technician (whose name I've regrettably managed to forget). For all that you do, the acts of kindness, the dignity, the respect... It's more appreciated than I can possibly convey here in a simple review.

Great place and good prices to take your pets to for what ever ails them.
