Veterinarian

Wonderful staff, they really go above and beyond for animals

I have been taking my dogs to LVVS for almost a decade. The veterinarians and the entire staff are thorough, kind and caring. They treat my dogs well; gently and soothingly. The medical care is excellent, whether it's for a rash, a bee sting, a laceration, or something more serious, like a terminal disease. When my beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Sydney, was diagnosed with cancer at age 6, I was devastated. Dr. Jess, who made the diagnosis and provided most of the care until Sydney died several months later, was incredibly compassionate, as was the entire staff. No matter how many questions I have, the questions are answered thoroughly. I never feel rushed. It is rare to have to wait in the waiting room. Rather, we are taken into a consulting room almost immediately upon arrival. This is a sign of a well-managed practice; no overbooking. For those dogs that are nervous or reactive, this is especially important. I also like the fact that there are emergency hours. I have utilized this service a number of times. It is comforting to know that no matter what time of day it is, nor what day of the week it is, care is always available. I highly recommend LVVS!

Great veterinarians great staff.

Izy's DogHouse is such a wonderful place for your furry friend. Isabelle, the owner, gave us a tour of the facilities prior to leaving our little Mia for an overnight stay. We were then able to see the different areas of play, the very large cages and how organized and clean the kennel was. Isabelle also made sure to have a copy of Mia's health record and emergency numbers, just in case. We felt very welcomed and at ease that our dog would be in loving hands for the weekend. Plus, the prices are excellent! Mia has already been back for a few visits since her first stay. She loves it there! She can socialize with other dogs and comes back home completely burnt out from all the running and games. I highly recommend Izy's doghouse to anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for there dog to stay a day or overnight! :)

what an intelligent veteranarian and compassionate. Haven't received a misdiagnose yet. She also saves you money by not sending you for unneeded tests. Awesome!

Always great with our pets and no complaints with the service!

It was a very positive experience, as my dog is horrified of vets and groomers. The vet was very gentle and calm. And the pricing is acceptable.

They always go above and beyond. So helpful and caring. Will always recommend.

The staff and Tiffany Wolters always treat our animals with the outmost respect and care throughout their lives. Prices are extremely reasonable and you can expect that you will be walked through everything with no surprises. Definitely our favorite vet and with the drive from Whitby.

Great friendly service

Amazing people amazing service

Best vet ever, hands down. They have been our family vet since our first dog in the 80s. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

I have been taking my pets there for over 30 yrs. Always excellent care.

The staff are courteous, and helpful. The prices are fair. We never have to wait.

This Vet owns the vet I go to in London. He is amazing and has our pets best interest at heart. My words can’t describe how much I appreciate this Doctor.

They take very good care of my Bear
