Can't say enough good things about this place. They recently performed surgery on our cat and during the whole process they were excellent in explaining everything and easing our minds. The doctors and receptionist were very nice and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this place.

Best vet I have ever been to, everyone there was very helpful and caring for my dog. They always get us scheduled quick and don"t waste any time getting us int our appointment when we arrive. I would recommend them to everyone.

I love the people at Elmvale veterinarians doctors are top-notch and the staff is wonderful kind and caring

Great experience. Brought our 2.5 year old pup for her yearly check up, and am looking forward to being back next year.

This is the best vet that we've ever visited. Started here many years ago out of necessity when we were at the cottage and our dog was incredibly anemic out of the blue. A visiting friend who was a vet tech and told us we needed emergency care immediately. Heritage was the closest option, so we went. The situation was grim when we arrived, but the caring, calming and empathetic nature of every staff member we encountered gave us confidence and comfort - even though we had to leave our pup for almost a week. They diagnosed, cared for and nursed her back to health until she was stable enough to come home. They called us with frequent updates and went above and beyond for her and for us. When we picked her up, the bill was SHOCKINGLY reasonable... Truthfully inexpensive. We have not seen another vet since! For the remainder of our first dog's life we made the drive from Toronto for every appointment... And now with our second dog, we do the same - she's never seen another vet. The first thing you'll notice here is the love that the staff have for the animals they treat. They go above and beyond to make the pets as comfortable as possible, and the fees are SOOOO reasonable. Really refreshing and truly a great place to take your pet!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They build relationships with people and get to know you and your situation- wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent vet. Very honest and reasonable.

Super friendly staff! I asked tons of questions and the guy even look stuff up for me. Thank you so much for your help!

Awesome

Fun positive environment! We've enjoyed both obedience and agility classes and look forward to our next class with Kelly.

Very patient and empathetic, Dr. Bouchard is fantastic and made our visit very welcoming.

Eldad, Doris and the rest of the crew are amazing. We took one of our dogs with an eye infection that didn't go away. They took such a good care of our Rogue that we decided we wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.
