Veterinarian

Great people who love and take care of every animal that visits like they are their own. Very understanding, patient, and caring individuals

This hospital is closed. The Vets have moved to York Mills Animal Hospital @ York Mills/Bayview as of Fall 2017.

Caring staff that clearly love what they do ! I know my fur-family is in good hands.

Highly recommend this vet hospital! Had my fur baby in for spay and from the front staff to the doctors very knowledgble and caring. Great customer service, the blonde lady at the front had a great smile and put me at ease in regards to the surgery. Thank you.

Excellent place for your pet's health care.

Outstanding vets and staff. Been taking my dogs there for health care for two decades.

Dr. Wilson, Janie and Deo are the best pet team in the world. My beloved pet George lived an extra three years because of their loving and compassionate care. His companion, Gem, will turn 20 this month, all thanks to the McCowan Animal Clinic.

Excellent and compassionate care for your pet. Dr. Au has been running the clinic for many years, and she shows her love for animals in a variety of ways. She is knowledgeable about illnesses and treatments for your pet. If she is unable to treat the illness, she will refer you to other alternative places for treatment.

Thank goodness for this clinic-especially today. My dog tore his dew claw while out at the park and was licking his paw. I initially thought it was a splinter or something and called GVAC. Donna the technician immediately identified the injury, cleaned it up and bandaged him. So thankful-if left untreated, an infection is quite nasty. Thank you GVAC!

Love this clinic, my dog Katie is now 15 and she knows when we are going there & gets excited. Dr Watt takes time to listen to my concerns & to evaluate my dog's condition. I am so glad we found this clinic after moving into the area.

Good things come in small packages, friendly staff, affordable service, they took great care of our dog Buddy when we came in for shots!

So kind and caring! They even came in under the quote they gave me!

I go here only because it's cheap and close to home, but service is not the best. I went in with a pet emergency at 8:50 when they close at 9. They waited until after 9 to tell me they couldn't have a look at my dog because it was their closing time.. Meanwhile I saw the vet standing at the front desk packed up and ready to leave as I was talking to the technicians. I was forced to go to a nearby emergency clinic, wait 3 hours, and pay triple the price. Most veterinarians and all technicians here are great but they do have a few vets that do not have your pets best interest at heart.

Had to have my cat put down. They were beyond kind and understanding. Would highly recommend for your vet needs.

I take my elderly diabetic dog here for care. They treat him like family, and they treat him well. They treat you like a person. Can only recommend.

Excellent Veterinarian service without price gouging, so far. My guess is, the reviewer who gave one star but no comment, doesn't know how the ratings work...

Great place really really like veterinarian deroser.

Highly Recommend!!! 💕🌸💕 My husband and I are the proud parents of 2 Gorgeous Briarshae Ragdoll sisters - Brinley and Bella 💕 Adele was a dream to deal with, the adoption process was comprehensive and she has remained available to answer any questions we may have and also remains interested in how her Babies are growing up which I love!! When we went to pick up the girls we were impressed with her home ( spotless) and the way the cats were cared for. Our vet marvelled at how beautiful and healthy the girls were and was very impressed with their spectacular dispositions. They are so affectionate and loving its unreal - I’ve never seen cats with this kind of want for human interaction. The Girls are waiting at the door when we get home like puppies, and follow us everywhere, it’s adorable 💕 Their amazing personalities are unparalleled - just can’t say enough about them. If you are researching breeders looking to adopt a Ragdoll I suggest you contact Adele - you will not be disappointed 🌸💕🌸

Great selection, prices, and quality. Have never got moldy hay from them, unlike other pet stores I've been to.
