Clinic has a great attitude and are genuinely interested in the well being and health of your pet. Price was realistic and not out there to grab your money like Burnaby Vetenary Hospital. Darla was a very informative vet and was not pushy at all with anything. Highly recommended. Thanks Darla and Kelly!

Best doctor and staff you will ever find..my dog needed an emergency tooth extraction turned out to be several teeth extracted..and was choking on a loose tooth,,thank god the clinic was opened till 9pm and the staff were very professional and very caring..i was afraid to have my dog put under but they assured me she will be fine..this is day after her extractions and shes already up and about eating and active,,thank you so much for being so prompt professional and caring about my little princess and she thanks you as well..my bill turned out to be a bit higher than i expected but my dog was worth every cent..i highly recommend this clinic to anyone that loves their dog and wants an honest doctor and staff care for her..if i could give 10 stars i would...dont hesitate to take your baby to Dr Sidhu

Friendly staff and a vet that gives a damn about your pet

Dr. Imlach, Dr. Enberg and Dr. Bandt tried diligently and compassionately to save our dog Boss, but unfortunately his little body gave out. We visited Boss often during his five night stay at Canada West and found everyone there to be quite helpful. The technicians were constantly monitoring the patients and the staff we encountered were warm and knowledgeable, particularly Nicole. (I'm sure Boss would want to offer thanks for her kindness as well as the servings of beef baby food.) On our boy's final night we noticed that he had come to recognize the technicians as servants to feed him, scoping out what was on the meal trays being brought into the room. While the outcome was not what we wanted, it was not for lack of trying by the staff at Canada West and we appreciate their making our boy's last days as comfortable as possible.

Brought my 4 year old dog here for a root canal on his chipped carnassial tooth. Dr. Bebel and staff were very kind and compassionate with me and my dog. I felt that the time was taken to provide me with lots of information and answer all of my questions. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them. It seems that they took great care of him and I also appreciated the toenail clip they did while they had him under for the dental work.

Great staff, great doctors and fantastic facilities. Took us a very long time to find a vet clinic we were happy with after me moved here and we struck gold.

I have had a very positive experience at this clinic. Previously, my cat was being seen by a different dermatologist in town who simply speaking was awful. We had this clinic recommended to us afterwards and it was like night and day. Dr Cox was amazingly well informed and seemed to really care about the best interests of my animal.

Expensive but my older pets are healthy and happy. All of the vets seem to genuinely care for the animals and make you feel like you're in good hands.

I am so grateful to Dr Toor and his amazing, deeply caring staff for their professional and excellent care of my dogs who are now all old. Dr.Toor is an excellent diagnostician and always takes an economical approach to tests needed, with full care of the animal at all times. If more serious tests are required, then he explains why. I never feel that unnecessary X-rays or tests are simply ordered. When our lab was diagnosed with diabetes I was fully trained in how to give the insulin injections at home. Our dogs are living out their last years comfortsble even with old age ailments and so well looked after with this hospital to support us. We had to put one of our fur babies down last year and the compassionate way that both our dog and we were handled as a family will always be what I remember from that day. My dog is 8Lbs poodle, 6 years old. She had teeth cleaning and 3 loose teeth extracted today. Dr. Chuang and reception are very nice, loveing and tender to my dog, and gave clear explanation of the procedure and fees. Fees are reasonable comparison to other clinics. We have seen Dr. Chuang since puppy. The most important thing is that my dog was in good care and safe. The total experience is very good . I will recommend Dr. Chuang to friends and continue him as my dog’s vet. Thank you! Dr. Chuang.

Located inside the pet store, friendly animal loving staff and thorough pet doctors. Introduction of my pup to the vet was loaded with treats to ensure a good experience for the pup. The vet I spoke with was very informative and listened to my every concern, also gave me a earful of recommendations for a healthy pup. Very satisfied.
