My experience was warm and welcoming. My kitty had stomach cancer and I had to put him down. I had him at this other horrible vet (apollo vetranary) in cloverdale which strang me along. It's like a sweat shop in that old building. The price couldn't be beat, I called about 15/20 places. Also the room that they give you for euthanasia is very calming and wonderful for your last moments with your furr baby. They even wrapped P.spices arm in a a cute heart bandage. The staff was so amazing with hugs and compassion on how hard it is too say good bye.

Dr. Paunovic has been my dog's vet for four years. He's been helpful, and each time, treated my dog's whatever minor issues/sicknesses seriously. He always runs thorough tests to make sure that everything is alright. I have to say that this hospital is not inexpensive. Since our dog has insurance coverage, we are not too worried about the expenses.
The staff has always been nice and welcome, which makes my dog feel less nervous.

I was extremely grateful for both Randy and Dr. Kaler. My dog got injured on a sunday evening and I, stupidly, took him to the closest vet that was open. That vet turned out to do a terrible job and I was beyond unimpressed. I took my dog to North Bluff Animal Hospital a few days later when his body was having a negative reaction to the drain tubes and sutures. Over the next few weeks, I took my dog in every few days for them to take a look at him and do what they could without opening him back up. A week or so later, Randy made the call to open him back up as things were not healing properly. I am so thankful that he made that call as my dog was necrotic. After going through the procedure properly, my boy was healed in a week. Both Randy and Dr. Kaler were both staying up to date on his case every time we came in. They never pushed anything on me and didn't want to do anything - like another surgery - unless they felt it was absolutely necessary. I was extremely happy and fully trusted both of them. I now continue to take this dog, as well as my new puppy, to North Bluff Animal Hospital.

Our two black labs (Thor and Loki) were coming up for their yearly shots. We had always been bring the to the Fraser Valley Animal Hospital.....but after the last visit set of shots they had...I was floored by the cost. For a set of shots and a checkup...the bill came to nearly $300. So when these sets of shots came up....the cost was nearly $600. Called down to Cedar Hills....cost wasn’t even $200. Plus the dogs got full check up head to tail. The Dr was awesome! Well worth the drive from Abbotsford to Surrey.

The staff here are very understanding and accommodating to my anxious dog. They had a room ready upon arrival as to not stress him out even more. I've only visited once so far, but I feel comfortable that they will meet the needs of my dog in future.

Don't go there! I went to check my dogs eye, the vet did some test and check my dog, the answer that the vet gave me was "I don't know what's going on with your dog, you should go to another veterinarian" and I have to pay more than 100 dollars... that's stealing!!

They saved my puppy’s eyesight and have continued to help me help her work her frequent ulcers. If it wasn’t for them I’m sure my little girl wouldn’t have made it this far with her vision. I’m very grateful for them.

I brought my hamster here last week because she had a lump on her chest. There aren't many vets that treat "exotic" animals around South Surrey but this is one of them. The doctor seemed genuinely sincere and gave me several treatment options instead of pushing the most expensive service onto me. The checkup fee is relatively lower than other clinics as well. I liked that he explained the treatment procedures very detailed and thoroughly so I understood what would be happening.

Could not ask for a nicer vet...Erin always greeted our dog sat on the floor and made a huge fuss of her. She was never scared to visit the vet, in fact she loved going, even on her very last journey... The staff are also very helpful, kind and patient. When my heart is healed and we start all over again, we will definitely use Ocean Park vet clinic!

They tried to give us a credit instead of a refund on medications for our dead dog. When we said no, the refund price was $6 less than the credit they were going to give us?? They then tried to keep the product that wasn't refunded! Also, there was zero compassion for the fact that we lost our 13 year old furbaby. They made us come in and sit there for over 20 mins just after we lost our dog. It was awful. As well, on several occasions, they said that they would call us back and then didn't. There were a few red flags in our short time using the services of this clinic. Based on their obvious need to make their patients into dollar signs and the lack of sensitivity for us we have to wonder if they treated our pet the same way? We are left feeling uneasy and wondering if they in fact contributed to her demise so that they could make more money off of us:(
