We bring our great dana Maya to see Dr. Cichon whenever she needs medical attention and he is great. You can tell he really cares about his animal patients and only ever prescribes what is needed to make her feel better. My girlfriend and I really like that he has a holistic approach to medicine. So much so that we travel from New West to see them. The one time I decided to stay local and take Maya to a vet here in New West for her anal glands, the vet in N.W had treated her 3 times unsuccessfully (once putting her under) and suggested if we needed to bring her back a 4th time, we'd have to remove her glands. We took her back to see Dr. Cichon instead and he had it cleared up in a few days naturally, without surgery! After that, we knew we weren't going to risk her health going anywhere else again. His assistant Kathy is great as well. Very friendly and caring and goes out of her way to help. Sunwood is highly recommended in our books!

Sub standard services with heavy medical bills. Dr.Farehadi is mostly concern about money than you loved ones. Will never take my Shitzu here again

Dr Ina saved my dog's life. He has had many complications due to an unfortunate congenital issue. He is now fully cured and is in perfect health! Dr Ina was quick to diagnose and solve his issues. He is living longer than anyone has expected and will live for many years to come! Thank you!

My family has been taking their dogs here for years. Recently I took my dog Hunter here for a checkup, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hunter needed some dental surgery and I was provided a quote with a low and high. The surgery went well and the quote stayed right in the middle. I could not be happier with my experience here and I highly recommend All Critters Animal Hospital.

I cannot say enough good things about this animal clinic. The staff are extremely courteous and very proffessional. Unlike most animal clinics Fraser heights won't perform tests that are not needed and they dont overcharge you. My dog ( pug/spaniel ) had a condition that 3 previous veteranians failed to diagnose. On my first visit Dr.Cindy Duff found the problem (thyroid) immediately and now my little buddy is running around again like a little puppy. Thank you Dr Duff and all the staff...you guys earned and deserve 5+ stars!

My dog has been going here since she was a puppy and my cat since he was a kitten. Melissa (Dr. Ochotsky) does so well with them!

Very nice and caring staff. My wife and I brought in our sick ferret and they gave him the best care we could have asked for. They talked over all of our options and made us feel comfortable with making the right choice. We brought our cat in, who had Feline HCM, when his breathing suddenly became laboured. We rushed him to the emergency clinic but he passed away as we pulled up into the parking lot. The nurses dimmed the lights and lit a memorial candle for us, which I thought was really nice. They gave us time to say goodbye to our cat in private before they took him away. We had him cremated and recieved our ashes very quickly in less then 2 days (on a weekend) in a pretty urn along with official cremation documents and a card from the hospital. The nurses were caring and comforted us through the whole process.

Dr. Anderson has been our Chihuahua's vet for several years now. He treated our dog for urinary track stones after an examination since we noticed a peeing problem with Chico, so glad we did. Chico is a rescue from California and his health had been overlooked for some time prior to us having him. First was his teeth cleaning and removal of several bad teeth. Since then his breath and eating hard foods has improved largely. Next was his removal of stones by operation, all good and no errors at all. They followed up with a surprise check up call and was very professional about the whole experience. Chico (now about 11 years old) has been kept healthy and going strong thanks to Dr. Anderson. I never feel Dr. Anderson is just out for the money, he truly cares and delivers his best which has been our experience. I highly recommend to anyone to see him for your pet needs as I will continue, even with the commute, its worth it! Today we had a concern for Chico regarding sneezing/wheezing spells, we called Dr. Anderson just before they were closing shop and he spoke to us on the phone with good advise for Chico; we were directed to use a home remedy with the phone diagnosis of allergies as other dogs are showing the same signs at this time of year. Needless to say, he gave us relief and helped us save some money. Did I mention that this hospital has all the latest up to date equipment? Do you have a Vet like that yet? Took my parents cat here to be boarded, they had no problem with the time frame we had asked him to be boarded there for, only to find out when my parents left to go to Croatia they said 2 days later they couldn’t keep him there anymore because they had “work” to do in the clinic. My parents were then livid knowing as a paying customer they went back on their word and couldn’t keep him. So my girlfriend had to pick Oreo (parents cat) up and figure out what to do with him as we hadn’t made any other arrangements here. Very disorganized clinic who doesn’t care if their clients are happy or not

Dr Maya is very caring and knowledgeable. She only does what is required and keeps costs down by suggesting alternate natural remedies. Kind, considerate care with your fur baby as the priority. She is also very patient and answers all questions in detail. Thank you for being here for me and Chloe
