By far the best prices around (believe me, ive checked) vet even gave me a 30% discount out of his own pocket for emergency x-rays for my very sick kitty because I could not afford his care. Exceptional job done by the vet. I interned here for a month and I saw a $400 bill go down to $50 simply because the vet found and fixed the problem BEFORE doing xrays.

We have been going to Como Lake Veterinary Hospital since 1993. Andy and Tracy Forsyth supported us through the trials and tribulations of being first time dog owners. After all these years we continue to receive excellent care and attention. Our recent visit was with Andy, as always, he takes his time with us and patiently waits for our sometimes timid dog to feel more relaxed.

My experience is very similar to John Wayne's who made a review here, after visiting this place with my bearded dragon and being very impressed with Dr lefavre, I decided to bring my dog in as well to get nuetered. Upon making the appointment I requested pre anesthetic blood work to ensure his safety while under anesthesia. After his blood work was taken I was told they would call me with results, I then tried to pay for the blood work and was told that it would be included with my total in the estimate for his nueter surgery. I told them I would like to get it done as soon as possible with the vet that had previously seen my bearded dragon. After days went by with no word I called and left a message requesting my estimate. I did not hear back so I called a few days later and was told that the vet wanted to perform another surgery simultaneously on his stomach to prevent bloat. "Ok " I said, "can I get an estimate?"... There was a long pause and the girl said the vet would call me...I told her my budget was around $500 and to let me know.... Fast forward a month and multiple calls from me and my husband later, finally a call back! ..i recieved a voicemail apologizing for their delay but because of this delay I need to pay for additional blood work......not my fault! Not only was my estimate within my budget ($550) but over a month later we need to run the blood work again. So another $90 ?? For a time delay on the part of your hospital? Needless to say I've attempted to work this out but as of today they are threatening to send me to collections over the blood work that I never received results for, nevermind I was not called back in a timely matter but they refused me proof of the blood work when I called in after receiving multiple harassing letters. Instead of offering to make this right or act on behalf of ethics they are more interested in getting a buck for services that they never provided. Avoid this place if you can, especially if you have an issue with liars. The office staff is not only unprofessional but this place is well known for their unethical behavior.

We had such an amazing experience last night at your clinic and are very grateful for all the advice and care you gave us regarding our newly adopted dog’s corneal ulcer. Our dog is very scared of vets and procedures, but your staff were so understanding and patient. Thank you for not making us feel like she was a bad dog! We are very happy to be transferring into your care going forward. It was wonderful to have our concerns taken seriously and a treatment plan outlined.

I recently had to say goodbye to my sweet, 151/2 year old lab. Dr.Siegert was extremely compassionate, supportive and reassuring about my decision. I highly recommend her!

DR.PETER BAJWA I have been a long time client of surrey animal hospital. In 5 years the exam price has not risen. This clinic is super.busy as a result so there is not alot of chit chat. The prices don't break your wallet, I've never had an issue with the service.

Brought two cats in for all of their shots and to be spayed. The total came to just under $260.00 which is phenomenal! The vet techs were lovely to deal with and knew exactly what both cat and kitten needed to calm them down, and were very good with calling me as soon as the munchkins were out of surgery so that I would have two hours notice of when they could've picked up. I (the cats more specifically) live in Langley and will be bringing them here from now on.

So thankful to Doctor Marie Hall for providing such kind, and compassionate care for my pet rats.

I brought in my cat to get neutered and Dr. Im was great. He went over every step with me and made sure I understood everything and that everything was safe. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet!

I came here to get my one and a couple month old cat neutered, and they did a very good job. He is still healing, and on his way to being his normal self!! Their price for getting a cat neutered are affordable and fair. Thank you!

We have been with these guys for years almost 20 years staff is great and the docs go the extra mile to make sure your pets health is good and their prices are reasonably good

My experience was warm and welcoming. My kitty had stomach cancer and I had to put him down. I had him at this other horrible vet (apollo vetranary) in cloverdale which strang me along. It's like a sweat shop in that old building. The price couldn't be beat, I called about 15/20 places. Also the room that they give you for euthanasia is very calming and wonderful for your last moments with your furr baby. They even wrapped P.spices arm in a a cute heart bandage. The staff was so amazing with hugs and compassion on how hard it is too say good bye.
