My cat needed to go in for an emergency check up after having an accident, and they were beyond understanding and squeezed me in between appointments. I truly have never had an experience as great as paws, and I'm thankful my partner told me about them. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and will help calm you down when you're panicked about your fur baby. Thanks, Paws!! :)

I have had nothing but great experiences taking my dog Sophie to this Pet Hospital! I moved just down the road from this vet last year and started by just getting my dog food there, the girls at the front are always friendly and helpful. I was originally going to South Burnaby Vet and felt like I was being overcharged as they had me come in multiple times for the same test all inconclusive and they had me absolutely worried as they said she had Cushings disease but weren't sure so they'd contact about more tests and never did. As a senior dog I noticed there were some things I wanted to checked out, I called South Burnaby for a quote and then called Queens Park as they are 300 meters away from my house. Queens park quoted less (their exam fee is less right off the bat) so I took her in. Dr. Kiehlbauch ran tests, told me my dog does not have Cushings and diagnosed her with something much more simple to treat but also made me aware of things to keep an eye on. Since she has been taking medication, the Dr. has checked in more than once to see how she is doing and my dog has had no issues since! One of the things I really respect on top of them checking in multiple times is the language they use. At one point she said "I would not be concerned about _____ if it were my dog." As a pet mom, those words made me feel so much less worried and stressed out. I highly recommend this Hospital and am thankful for the time they take to ensure my dog is healthy & happy.

Dr Dino is amazing and friendly. He gave me many options for each solutions. They really think from a pets owner point of view. Their prices are also hard to beat. I drive a long way just to come to get great service here. Also dr Elaine is amazing. You can tell she loves every animal she sees. Service is truly exceptional here. Highly recommended.

Never came back here again. The assistants were either rude, condescending, and/or unenthusiastic about their job. Never made eye contact with me at the beginning when I walked in. The vet charged me with several things I never fully agreed to nor did I get a chance to ask any questions about what I was being charged with. The entire process just felt artificial and incredibly fast. Once the appointment was finished, I was trying to put my puppy back inside his carrier but he had ripped through one of the openings and got himself stuck. I kept trying to draw his head back but he panicked and got more frantic. When I was ushering him, the assistant heard me and tried to help. My puppy, stressed out and not knowing who she was or her intentions, originally tried to bite her, and she looked at me like it was my fault? But she's forgetting that he's in a new environment, he's stuck, and he's anxious, he has his HEAD wrapped around fabric for gods sake. At checkout, she told me to take him to puppy training. I replied to her saying I was waiting on all the vaccinations but in return, I was training him. She then changed the topic saying puppy socialization is important. Again, I know. She kept going on and on about her experience with dogs, as if I had no idea what I was doing. I've trained dogs, I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing. Very unhappy with the experience I had here.

Not bad... Cheaper than certain other clinics....but if you have to return 3 times when you only needed one good visit, are you really saving money.... Depends on your particular circumstances of course.

I love this guy! Dr. Kamboj and staff are honest , compassionate and are truly concerned for your pet and also consider you in the process, very up front with cost and better priced than anywhere i have been, i would pay more for service like this. Everyday i would receive a update in the morning and in the evening before he left My cat was at another vet just a day prior knocking on death's door with terrible uti, other vet sent him home same night and said if things go south put him down, and if he makes it through bring him back???? No way was i going back there! Any way brought him to Greystone and that was the best choice i ever made, he was there for 5 days but right now as i type my cat is sitting very comfortably on my lap, was even playing with other cat today and he started it, lol, i know i have to be careful and i know it may come back but i am not crying over my cats death right now and he has another chance, RIGHT ON!!! If you really want someone who cares and gives your pet a fighting chance , bring him to Dr. Kamboj and staff(sorry i don't remember all of your names) i would definitely recommend giving him a shot. Dr.Gilbert is amazing, staffs are super friendly and kind to us and our fluffy friend. Price are reasonable and they did an amazing job last time and this time treating my dog. Nice work and really recommend this place.. Thanks doctor

I've been taking my cats and dog here for years and I always feel at ease leaving my furry family in the experienced hands of those working at care pet wellness. Nothing but great experiences with this group, most certainly recommend taking your furry friends to care pet wellness if your looking for a place who treat your pets like their own, while providing exceptional service and care!

All the staff at the South Burnaby Vetrinary Hospital are thoughtful and caring animal lovers who have helped us through the toughest times with our elderly cats.

This vet murdered my dog. I brought my dog in for a teeth cleaning, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION Dr. Maan extracted 7 of my dogs teeth. The day after she started trembling and lost bodily function, when I brought her back the next day the vet kept her for hours until he decided it was better for us to take her to the emergency clinic instead of just telling us in the first place, my dog died en-route. This vet does not answer your questions properly and always looks like he has no idea what’s going on the moment the issue isn’t routine. Last year I brought my cat in for a routine checkup and she came back unable to eat and with a crooked eye for months. That dog meant everything to me, this doctor is a sham, please don’t let your family member die like mine did under his hands.

The condition of the hospital is very decent, always clean and tidy. Dr. Simk never loses her smile and gives her best to heal every patient. Her husband shows up sometimes for assisting, and he is also nice. It is definitely a good decision to bring your pets to this place!!

Very intelligent and knowledgeable vet and front desk receptionists were very nice and helpful.

They come highly recommended by a friend who works closely with the Cat Coalition of BC. They are currently boarding my girlfriend's 2 cats while she has been dealing with the tail-end of a particularly hellish tenancy and relocation. I am Truly Grateful for your help during this brutal time. I hope to drop by for a visit with Loki and Aphrodite later today or tomorrow.

Last week while visiting from the States we realized our 16+year old sweet cat started failing & needed to be put down. The staff here couldn't have been more understanding and compassionate. They got us in promptly, contacted our vet for records and were exceptionally kind & professional. I hope the locals realize what a treasure they have here.
