We have found our experience with this practice to be nothing but positive.The staff is very friendly and professional.Dr. Thompson is very thorough and goes above and beyond in her goal to be the best advocate for your cat.Our cat was a challenge for her to say the least because he didn't develop just one issue, but a host of them, one after the other. She was tireless in her quest for knowledge pertaining to his conditions if something was puzzling her, seeking out assistance from esteemed colleagues in her field when necessary.As our cat was diabetic requiring specific care, she would take him home with her if we needed to go away. She was a phone call away if we needed her, or we would find her checking in with us just to make sure all was well in her absence.She wouldn't have it any other way.When we needed to be educated about the procedures necessary to care for a diabetic cat, both Jim and Dr. Thompson were very patient and thorough so we felt confident that we could administer insulin and tend to Silver's needs as they arose.We cannot think of anyone we trusted more with our boy than Dr. Thompson or her staff.We have all laughed together, and when against all efforts,we had to say good bye to an important member of our family, we have all cried together too. We have a new addition to our family now. Her name is Cocoa. It is because of Dr. Thompson that she has found a home with us and for that we can't thank Susan enough.Dr. Thompson has been instrumental in helping to heal our broken hearts and she is Cocoa's doctor too.We wouldn't have it any other way. I would recommend pet insurance as a small investment for any of the four legged members of your family. It has given us peace of mind that should serious health concerns arise in the future, we won't be stressed with worry about having to make any decisions based solely on finances. You couldn't make a better choice than Cats at Home for the care of your valued feline family members.The care they would receive is beyond compare in its quality and consistency to ensure a long and healthy life.

Dr Clark and the front office are great. They were able to get Odin in the evening of when the appointment was made(6:30pm) which is very accommodating. Dr. Clark is very thorough and was able to explain all of the options for Odin's swollen eye. In the end, the antibiotics and topical cream were enough as Odin's recovery has been awesome. Furthermore, Dr Clark personally went out of his way to make a follow up phone call a week later. Over and above in my books.

I have been going to this vet for 25 years. She is the only one I trust for my 4 legged family members.

Our retriever cross unfortunately was diagnosed with Hermangiosarcoma a few weeks ago and the success rate of conventional medicine plus surgery (not possible for our furbaby because the mass is located under her left scapula) was very low. We also read that following surgery and no other treatments dogs lived an average of 89 days, dogs who received Chemotherapy following surgery lived an average of 180 days and those who took a more holistic approach with no surgery and no chemo but were taking Yunan Baiyao, Turkey Tail mushroom extract lived an average of 199 days while some lived up to one year! So we decided to come to Harmony to try the more holistic approach and I'm happy to say that we are very pleased we made the decision to take this route. We called on Tuesday February 13th because our dog Serena was pretty much non responsive, she wasnt eating, couldn't walk, her gums, eyes etc were stark white, we honestly thought the day was here, we were going to lose our baby ='( . Sheryl managed to squiz us in for the same day at 4pm (Thank you Sheryl and Andrea for taking us in on such short notice!). Once there Sheryl took her time in examining Serena, you can really tell she actually cares about the animals, she also gave Serena the Red pill out of the Yunan Baiyao pack which is for when they are non-responsive. Followed by Sheryl's exam was Andrea's holistic remedies, which I believe did wonders on Serena!. Andrea took her time in administering the different supplements/remedies all the while making sure Serena was comfortable (You can really tell they both care) after about an hour or so of Andrea tending to Serena she actually ate something and drank water!! Our furbaby although was still weak she even tried to sit up. We were amazed and happy all at the same time. At the end of our visit we booked our next appointment, which was yesterday (Saturday). Andrea created a health plan of what we can do to help Serena, she whipped up a fare amount of supplements and took the time to thoroughly explain what everything was for and how to administer and when. Serena was still not her self for a few days, she was walking a little but only when necessary (to go wee etc), she wasn't eating too much but you could see an improvement. We continued to follow the Health plan and gave all of the supplements/remedies as directed, kept giving her the Yunan Baiyao and Turkey Tail, sure enough Friday rolls around and she's walking, eating, going outside to take a wee with out having to sit down for 20 min once she got down the stairs because of the weakness, shes even rolling around in the snow and barking again, shes lively! When we went In for our appointment yesterday Serena didn't need to be carried in, she waltzed in like she owned the place lol. Everyone was so happy and astonished to see such an improvement, like I mentioned above we thought it was her time and she was leaving us. I truly believe that Serena regained strength not only because she has a strong personality and is strong overall but because of all the supplement/remedies and the Health plan. Thank you Sheryl and Andrea!!

love love love this animal hospital and all their staff..Especially Dr.Renu! She is one of the most caring doctors i have ever met and its easy to say i trust her 100% with any of my animals! Staff on the other hand are very knowledgeable and trained to the best of their abilities. Never have i had a problem at this Vet and im very shocked to read some of the comments from clients who have.. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! THANK YOU APOLLO!!

I would like to state to the negative comment below about the dr screeming at the client. First of all don’t put it all on the doctor because you were not in the room and could not hear what was being said or done. The client you are referring too brought an animal in with a huge wound. After surgery the dog began to irratacaly bite it’s self and the dr intervened to save the dog from self harm. During This time the dog attacked the doctor causing him to have injury to his hands and need stitches. This owner was screaming at the doctor because she was upset the dog had bit and she acted irrational even tho doctor didn’t take action towards her or the dog. He simply was explaining what occurred. No owner should grab or touch the doctor at any time out of anger! So please don’t slander the doctor or clinic without correct information. You are more then welcome to go elsewhere for treatment.

Dr. Karli has been looking after the pets of my family for years. He's incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about animals. Great vet, couldn't recommend anyone better!

I am so happy to have found Dr. Rehanni. I've been looking for natural remedies for pets for a long time and finally feel we have found someone we can trust. The vet their was so nice and compassionate when I had to put down my guinea pig she even let me stay there for a while just holding her
