I've taken my cat to Dr Dudzic for over ten years, and have found her and the team to be professional. Erin at the front is very sweet and genuinely empathetic and Dr. Dudzic is quite knowledgeable. I had a scare about a month ago, and my cat had to get xrays and blood tests. I was provided with a written quote, and given time in private to review. I explained some financial concerns, and they were very empathetic; they worked on what could be excluded from the quote. And, again, gave me ample private time to make a decision. While she was in their care, they also clipped her nails free of charge. When reviewing her test results, Dr. Dudzic explained everything and educated me on her heart/digestive system, etc. We found the issues and are working to fix them with diet as oppose to any sort of expensive medications or surgeries. I have never felt that they were trying to pinch a penny from me. I don't know all the staff that well, but I know that Erin and Dr. Dudzic are top notch.

Great staff and service

I've had several veterinarians over the past fifteen years that I've lived in Victoria. On several occasions I've had only fair to poor service for my pets' care while paying premium prices. I've had good service at other clinics in town but often I have felt I've overpaid for the service provided or that I was pressured into getting unnecessary procedures. The service we have received from Epiphany however has been five star all the way. There is a drop-in fee of around 60 bucks but it is well worth it, and you won't be overcharged on exam costs, tests, medications, etc. For end-of-life care for you pet, nothing beats a home visit if a hospital visit can be avoided. The business owner is professional and knowledgeable but also very caring and compassionate. Service does not feel rushed. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

I've had quite a few horrible experiences here with the attitude staff gives to their patients. I'll spare you all the details but I most definitely will never be taking my pup here again. I'd also like to point out the level of abuse their staff provides their personal animals. Never in my life have I seen such neglect! I've posted just a few photos I have of a litter box belonging to the cat that Carlie Gait cares for. You'll find them scattered throughout the google photos of this vet. If this is the kind of care that her personal pet receives. .. Then what is she doing to patients of this veterinary hospital? These are the kinds of people that Hillside Veterinary Hospital chooses to employ. I can't express my lack of trust for this establishment enough! Please, for your pet's sake, find a more suitable care facility.

I wouldn't take my two cats, Moo and Luna to any other Veteranarian. Dr. Mulley and the staff are very caring and compassionate.😸😸💗

We have been very impressed with everyone we have met at Oaklands so far. The receptionists/assistants have been very friendly and helpful on the phone and in the clinic. Dr. Williams has a great bedside manner and was very informative and reassuring.

Lovely lady who clearly loves her calling but the place really stinks. The odour of animal urine and excrement is totally overwhelming. The building desperately needs fumigation and cleaning.

Always ready to go the extra distance to be helpful and provide timely advice and information.

Everyone there is great and takes very good care of my dog.😊

Dr. Thompson is an excellent vet: caring, practical and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
