My partner and I brought our cat Bonnagles here to receive treatment for an upper respiratory infection and were so pleased with the professionalism of the staff! The blonde woman at the front desk was extremely understanding when it came to scheduling and was incredibly helpful when answering questions about treatment. Dr. Hall was great as well and we are so happy to have our Bons back to normal! Keep up the good work everyone!

Dr. Thompson is an excellent vet: caring, practical and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

These people truly care about animals. We've had to bring our cat their on numerous occasions whenever he gets an abscess from fighting cats outside his weight class. They are so compassionate and professional. The new owner is a straightforward and professional caregiver. He's not overly delicate, but you can tell that he is deeply dedicated and passionate about animals. As long as we're in Sidney, we won't take our pets anywhere else.

Lorie provides great care of Daisy, our ageing collie spaniel cross. She is caring, thorough, and communicates her observations and recommendations well.

Insignia overcharges students for a program that is taught by people not qualified to do the job they are teaching. The "advisors" are uninformed and mislead students about the process of getting registered in the profession they are pursuing. They also greatly exaggerate the career possibilities available for graduates. Do yourself a favor: GO ANYWHERE ELSE Vancouver Career College looks like a decent option and charges HALF the price of Insignia. Wherever you go, do your research- its your future!

They charge 90$ for 32 ml of medicam. This same bottle is available online for 42cdn. In the span of 2 years, royal canin hypoallergenic HP went from coating me 114$ for a 14 kg bag to nearly $200. These prices are not in line with other vets I called around to, just a few km out of town. In my last visit, the blonde vet assistant at the front desk staff was also supremely rude, and I have no explanation for this. I said please and thank you to her, she could not spare me more than 3 words: "that'll be 372$" - for food and what is essentially advil for dogs. I commented that this much of a mark up on pain meds seems somewhat unethical. Which it does, and is. While I recognize a business needs to make a margin selling things, this is beyond the pale. I will not be returning with my business until they lower their obscene prices or hire some more polite people with all that extra cash.

The vet that saw my dog was amazing. She had been super lethargic and just not quite right for two days. I took her there and within a few hours she was diagnosed with Addison’s disease and started on treatment. By the morning she looked so much better and once the test for that disease came back positive from Vancouver she was started on regular meds and is now doing wonderfully.

Best vets ever! I drive from Seattle to this vet. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been a client there for 12 years.

My cats have ben going there for years. I can see they treat the pets with love and respect. The front office is great nice. I would never wount to take my cats any where elce. And they work with all typs of pets.

Just visiting from out of town but need a vet. They got us in right away and we're all great to our dogs and us!
