I love this guy! Dr. Kamboj and staff are honest , compassionate and are truly concerned for your pet and also consider you in the process, very up front with cost and better priced than anywhere i have been, i would pay more for service like this. Everyday i would receive a update in the morning and in the evening before he left My cat was at another vet just a day prior knocking on death's door with terrible uti, other vet sent him home same night and said if things go south put him down, and if he makes it through bring him back???? No way was i going back there! Any way brought him to Greystone and that was the best choice i ever made, he was there for 5 days but right now as i type my cat is sitting very comfortably on my lap, was even playing with other cat today and he started it, lol, i know i have to be careful and i know it may come back but i am not crying over my cats death right now and he has another chance, RIGHT ON!!! If you really want someone who cares and gives your pet a fighting chance , bring him to Dr. Kamboj and staff(sorry i don't remember all of your names) i would definitely recommend giving him a shot. My dog is 8Lbs poodle, 6 years old. She had teeth cleaning and 3 loose teeth extracted today. Dr. Chuang and reception are very nice, loveing and tender to my dog, and gave clear explanation of the procedure and fees. Fees are reasonable comparison to other clinics. We have seen Dr. Chuang since puppy. The most important thing is that my dog was in good care and safe. The total experience is very good . I will recommend Dr. Chuang to friends and continue him as my dog’s vet. Thank you! Dr. Chuang.

They come highly recommended by a friend who works closely with the Cat Coalition of BC. They are currently boarding my girlfriend's 2 cats while she has been dealing with the tail-end of a particularly hellish tenancy and relocation. I am Truly Grateful for your help during this brutal time. I hope to drop by for a visit with Loki and Aphrodite later today or tomorrow.

Dr. Imlach, Dr. Enberg and Dr. Bandt tried diligently and compassionately to save our dog Boss, but unfortunately his little body gave out. We visited Boss often during his five night stay at Canada West and found everyone there to be quite helpful. The technicians were constantly monitoring the patients and the staff we encountered were warm and knowledgeable, particularly Nicole. (I'm sure Boss would want to offer thanks for her kindness as well as the servings of beef baby food.) On our boy's final night we noticed that he had come to recognize the technicians as servants to feed him, scoping out what was on the meal trays being brought into the room. While the outcome was not what we wanted, it was not for lack of trying by the staff at Canada West and we appreciate their making our boy's last days as comfortable as possible.

This vet murdered my dog. I brought my dog in for a teeth cleaning, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION Dr. Maan extracted 7 of my dogs teeth. The day after she started trembling and lost bodily function, when I brought her back the next day the vet kept her for hours until he decided it was better for us to take her to the emergency clinic instead of just telling us in the first place, my dog died en-route. This vet does not answer your questions properly and always looks like he has no idea what’s going on the moment the issue isn’t routine. Last year I brought my cat in for a routine checkup and she came back unable to eat and with a crooked eye for months. That dog meant everything to me, this doctor is a sham, please don’t let your family member die like mine did under his hands.

All the staff at the South Burnaby Vetrinary Hospital are thoughtful and caring animal lovers who have helped us through the toughest times with our elderly cats.

Brought my 4 year old dog here for a root canal on his chipped carnassial tooth. Dr. Bebel and staff were very kind and compassionate with me and my dog. I felt that the time was taken to provide me with lots of information and answer all of my questions. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them. It seems that they took great care of him and I also appreciated the toenail clip they did while they had him under for the dental work.

Great vet! They have always treated my pet and I with care and compassion. One of the few vets I’ve seen that gives you options and has no problem breaking down pricing/costs.

Located inside the pet store, friendly animal loving staff and thorough pet doctors. Introduction of my pup to the vet was loaded with treats to ensure a good experience for the pup. The vet I spoke with was very informative and listened to my every concern, also gave me a earful of recommendations for a healthy pup. Very satisfied.

Last week while visiting from the States we realized our 16+year old sweet cat started failing & needed to be put down. The staff here couldn't have been more understanding and compassionate. They got us in promptly, contacted our vet for records and were exceptionally kind & professional. I hope the locals realize what a treasure they have here.

Dr Dino is amazing and friendly. He gave me many options for each solutions. They really think from a pets owner point of view. Their prices are also hard to beat. I drive a long way just to come to get great service here. Also dr Elaine is amazing. You can tell she loves every animal she sees. Service is truly exceptional here. Highly recommended.
