Love this place. Just moved to Houston and I've already been to Joy three times. The staff is super friendly, teachers are all top notch, studio is clean, they offer a ton of variety (including prenatal classes on the weekend). They frequently run good deals and always seem to have a couple of groupon specials. And I love that they let you borrow mats free of charge. I don't live in the heights but will continue to make the drive for this place. Don't forget to grab a fresh fruit/veggie drink two blocks down at Juicy it Up after class.

I was in the Montreal area. They set an appointment for 4:30PM a couple of hours prior. I took a 40 minutes drive to arrive at 4:15PM with the place closed and no one there. No courtesy call, nothing to advise me that they would not honor the appointment.

J'ai débuté ma pratique de yoga avec Nancy et l'Égrégore il y a plus de 10 ans. J'y ai cotoyé des profs et des étudiants tout aussi chaleureux les uns que les autres. J'ai découvert et pratiqué plusieurs styles au fils des années à l'Égrégore. Avec les petits groupes et l'enseignement personalisé, cet espace m'a permis de contruire une fondation de yoga que je traine maintenant partout. Je suis vraiment reconnaissant à Nancy pour m'avoir introduit à ce mode de vie. Merci Nancy!

ZG is among the premier climbing gyms in Montreal, along with Allez-Up Bloc Shop. I enjoy going after 7 PM on for their discounted rates! Routes tend to stay up a bit longer here than other gyms, so if you go more than twice a week you mind find yourself getting bored. Overall great gym and generally super friendly staff.

Herve has such a profound knowledge on anatomy in alignment as well as on psychology and spirituality. He is so wise, direct, and never apologetic. He tells you the truth as it is, since we must hear it to evolve. However, his vibration is so pure and light that everything he will tell you is for your own good and will touch you, enlighten you and free you from any emotional blockages. His teaching will give you physical flexibility, but also an inner flexibility, leeway in your heart and beyond. Needless to say that I received a great training, well 3 so far from him.

Love this studio! Chantal's classes are awesome!! They only open 20 mins before each class! ☺

One of the best small studios I have tried in a long time. Lysiane, in particular, is a wonderful, warm, and supportive instructor. Her Saturday morning class is a great way to start the weekend!

Great space, great energy, great class, and really nice people. I had a GREAT visit to Yoga Vieux Montreal on my drop-in. I totally recommend it for anyone in passing through Montreal (like I was) looking for a friendly place to practice!
