Yoga

Synergy training centre is a phenomenal environment. The trainers are highly qualified with lifting knowledge which means the programming is on a whole other level. Every time you show up to the facility you’re greeted with a smile. I truly treat lifting at this facility as a luxury and recommend it everyone!

Grate parking. Good selection of items.

A fabulous place for the over 50 crowd! Today was a strawberry social with live musical entertainment. Such fun!

It's a Walmart lol. Things are cheap mostly. Staff is abundant. Customer service is great. Selection could be better. Kind of hate that it's a corporation, but that's political mumbo. One of my favorite places to wander around in all the same.

It was great best climbing wall around

Amazing and kid friendly, always treat you like family

Been playing and reffing there for years, great ice and staff

Nice morning

not so crazy about the courses offered. First it took about 5 attempts to be able to pay for various reasons. The first week of kayaking lessons was fine and then the second week each day was cancelled for various reasons and lastly I was told they don't have a truck to transport the kayaks so we weren't even going on the river. I feel like I wasted my money I could have put towards a more professional kayaking course elsewhere.

Perfect for events and lots of parking.

I was traveling through Presque Isle and decided to drop in at Six05. Nate walked me through the workout before we began and made sure I was comfortable as well. The people in my class couldn't have been friendlier and offered encouragement and congratulations. These guys were fantastic to get a great workout in while I was away from my home box.
