Been going there since I was a child, it was a mediocre to below average place until my family doctor (Dr.Turcotte) retired. I couldn't ask for a better doctor than Dr.Yve Leger, he listens and makes me feel like I'm a patient that matters and even though we might not always see eye to eye, I appreciate his input! The receptionists and nurses have also been much more pleasant and helpful. Its a joy going there now.

Trish did physio exercises with me for my sore back & neck.

Dropped in to this box while traveling from the states. I was welcomed by everyone and made to feel right at home. The coach was great an encouraging throughout the WOD. We plan to make another trip out this way and I will definitely be stopping by again. Thank you for the great workout!

Awesome facility, great community. Mike knows whats up.

Used to a bigger location and it was missing some machines but great price for what it is.
