This gym is perfect for anyone who is a little anxious about going to the gym, or anyone who is new to working out. It’s usually very quite & all of the staff members are some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met, making the environment very welcoming.

I have been a member at Primal Athletics for about a year now and can honestly say that I have never had such a positive experience at a gym. Chris, Holly, and the rest of the staff have cultivated an environment where their members not only get results through expert instruction and motivation, but are also continuously educated about the many other components of a healthy lifestyle. It truly is a partnership I have with Primal Athletics and I won’t hesitate to recommend Primal to anyone who wants to change their life.

I started here taking the prenatal yoga classes and have since joined the running group. Deb is such an awesome trainer and always upbeat and positive! I am looking forward to trying more of the mom + toddler classes this summer!

Really great coaching staff and super fun facility!

Huge gym. I think there’s about 5 squat racks, the most I’ve seen in a Goodlife. All the necessary equipments are there. Friendly staff as always. Really crowded on the weekdays between 4 and 6pm. Lots of cross fit accessories. Hot yoga and fitness class studio. Great place, no complaints.

Fantastic service. Erica cleaned my teeth today - she was gentle, yet through! Best pain free cleaning I’ve ever had! I’ll defiantly go back - and would highly recommend her to everyone!

Nice facilities. Kids liked the rope swing at the pool. Wading pool is good for the little ones.

I came in flying from America up to Mountain Trout Camp and stopped here for a quick stock up of some needed supplies. I was thoroughly impressed with everything this store had to offer at such a wonderful price. The cashier was friendly but did not offer to help me bag while no one else was waiting. Just thought that odd.
