I recently completed a six week challange with cross fit canmore ... it was a huge success for me as I dropped 26 pounds.. Carson and Maggie were incredible instructors... they work with you every step of the way providing encouragement.and support to help you through your challange they are very motivating instructors with tons of knowledge... I had such great success because of them... I've decided to sign up for the next year...

Had a visit with Kim at the Diabetic Centre. Very nice person and very good at what she does. Has lots of information and was very helpful. On the right track now.

Great staff, all the equipment needed, brand new, not very busy and always clean.

My Zen Den session was lovely. The space is cozy and inviting, we had a great chat prior regarding my goals and the acupuncture was restorative and relaxing. This is a wonderful offering to the community to access affordable and high quality acupuncture care. I am looking forward to incorporating this regularly into my self care routine. Thank you!!

Amazingly talented staff. The online booking system is great, easy to find a time slot that fits your schedule. Private treatment rooms are so much nicer than a curtain divider in my opinion. Go here, get better, go back to having fun!

Hi there SUP Enthusiasts!! I recently had the privilege and pleasure of paddling the glassy waters of Canmore...One day up at Spray Lake, I happened to see a small group of guys n' gals having a good time learning how to get the feel of standing and maneuvering around on an SUP. As the "lesson" went on, I was impressed at how quickly everyone was improving. Well, it was obvious they wanted to learn, and the instructor, Ryan, ( I got a chance to meet ) was making it easy for them to learn. Well, later that day, I went by Bow Valley Stand-up Paddleboarding and had the opportunity to meet Brandon, the owner....very nice guy. I could see that this was the place to go for all levels of SUPers. So, 5+ stars and more!! Check it out, and have a great time!!

Emily was a wonderful instructor who accommodated 7 women into her already busy class. The barre class was challenging and her instructions were clear and encouraging. Just when you want to quit there she is pushing you harder. I highly recommend any class at Wild Heart for locals and visitors.

Went for a wedding here. Beautifully picturesque. Walking paths are retained by a small chain-link fence. Beautiful venue. Staff were great. I had an outstanding experience.
