I love curves as a facility, however, the lack of reliability to open on time is really upsetting, getting up extra early to work out for 6am, standing outside door too 6.10 to go home wasting my time and gas and adding another 45 minutes to my day at the end of a 9 hour shift in order to work out....In my day late got you fired...not 5 more chances.

Most fun little gym in Cranbrook! Personal Training in a friendly group setting. Always a variety of challenging workouts. Once you start, it will be the best part of your day!

Tanya is an amazing yoga instructor with a beautiful studio. I can't recommend yogaiamthat enough.

A blast was had by 50 kids. The coffee was great and service friendly.

This studio has such a positive atmosphere! Both the hot yoga and the barre classes are great workouts! The instructors are professional and friendly! The space is always very clean as well!
