Loved this place. Visited my coworkers in Cranbrook and dropped in for a hot yoga class. Friendly, welcoming, great studio.

Meadowsweet studio is a place where I always feel welcome. The ambiance in the studio instantly gets me settled into a good head space for yoga. I usually go to Yin yoga with Chelsea. She always has a smile on her face and is super helpful answering any questions I have about my yoga practice. She also taught me how to make my own sauerkraut and kimchi at one of her workshops. Meadowsweet is the bomb!

Such an amazing gym, have been to there spin class well let me tell you they work your arse off. Plus if you get a member ship 50-60$, they have over 30 classes a week (yoga, disco spin, stretching, etc)

Top notch. Brenna is a patient and knowledgable guide. Highly recommended.
