In two weeks, I lost 9 pounds, my blood pressure dropped to the lowest normal range it’s ever been in my life and I was able to stop my blood pressure medication. At the end of the program, body and my mind felt strong and clear and I felt ready to tackle the next phase of my life. Price is $63 (in the 60s) for a monthly pass, and $42 if you are a student. Just bring any form of proof that you are a student. I brought my student ID card. Staff are only available from 4-7pm on M-R and other times you can get in with your card access which will be given when you get a pass. They ran out of passes when I went though. The facility has almost no maintenance and it is your job to keep it clean and usable. See pictures for equipment.

A really great boxing gym, their kids classes are top notch teaching kids great skills and a love for fitness and feeling good through hard work and exercise. morals and ethics are important components as well as focus and channeling a competitive nature into a positive direction. the coaches really seem to care about the kids and take the time to help them above and beyond what would be expected. Id recommend this gym and its coaches to anyone
