Attended a relax yoga class with Desiree. Wonderful experience. I went in relaxed at a 4 but left at an 8.(from 1-10) . Beautifully and simply decorated. Wish I lived close. Great price! Clean & fresh environment!

Super friendly staff and a super organised space. Always clean. The space is a little small but so far that has never negatively affected my workout. The only thing that would make it better would be if they had showers.

I always wanted to try an Ayuredic full body massage as few of my friends told me about it. It was my first experience of Ayurvedic full body massage and it was really amazing and relaxing. Nakul work on all over the body from head to toe on each sore muscles with his hands and fingers to release the tension. Oil feels so great to skin. I loved the smell of it too.

I moved to Kamloops recently and Barre Kamloops has been amazing! I love the flexibility of the schedule and the level of the class. The instructors help you work at your own level and are always so positive! They get to know you and you always feel welcome there.

An amazing atmosphere for a therapeutic experience. Jil is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and enthusiastic. I would recommend her and her staff in a heart beat. Her theorectical and practical understanding of the body is outstanding. Thanks for everything Jil!
