Friendly atmosphere. Great gym!

Very clean and modern. Large selection of equipment and a little something to cater to all workouts. Staff are often found cleaning and tidying up.

All the staff are awesome! Very friendly and helpful from my first session. They even remember your name! I always feel a hundred times better when I leave and the fact they may run a few minutes over isn't an issue, my satisfaction is! The facilities are brand new, the layout is very usable and has a very "high end" gym feel. All in all these people are professional, curtious and a great laugh. I actually enjoy going to a physio.

If you are coming from Vancouver and do not have a 4X4, do NOT take the route from Highway 5. It will take you on a long and pretty intense logging road that isn't suitable for smaller cars. Instead, take the number 3 highway and go through Princeton, Coalmont and Tulameen. The road is entirely paved this way.
