This gym has everything I could ask for from a fitness center. Childcare runs for a good amount of time during the day. Well coordinated classes. Women's gym. Very helpful personal trainers. The food offered in the cafe is healthy and delicious. Towel service if you want it. Locker rentals. I've never been happier with another facility.

I'm so glad I took my level one Reiki course here. Jane guided us at our own pace, made it fun, and ensured we understood what we were doing and how this would affect the people we work on!
