Yoga

I have gone here many times and the physical therapists are very knowledgeable in their areas of training. They also offer ergonomic office arrangements...they literally came up into my office, took a ton of measurements and even made sure all the settings on my chair were set for my comfort level. I would recommend this business in a heartbeat

Adam is fantastic. He is professional and thorough. I have been seeing him for about a year on 2 seperate pain issues.

Awesome customer service from the girl that works at the desk also great atmosphere I’m not very familiar with machines fellow gym goers will help you out if you look lost

24/7 access to the gym with an access card and it’s a really clean facility

This Anytime Fitness is one of the best I've been to! Definitely worth going to. A couple pointers: 1. Where is the clock? There is a big empty wall just begging for there to be a big clock there. People need to know the time! 2. The absence of a shoe rack leaves the entrance feeling a little empty and disorganized. 3. The stair climber is right under a heat vent. Can it be moved to a better location? All in all, it is very nice and a good atmosphere.

I only give this business one star because you need to lock yourself in for a 1 year or 2 year contract and it is still more expensive than Motion Fitness. I highly suggest going to Motion Fitness instead which allows you to cancel a bi-weekly contract, that's right, I said a bi-weekly contract with just 60 days notice.

The equipment isn't all functioning properly and they don't seem to be stocked on all kinds of workout equipment either. Otherwise, it's a great place to get a good grind in.

This yoga studio is warm and clean and welcoming. Both Christa and Kim are excellent teachers. Christa teaches there Sunday and Thursday at 6pm and her instruction is so detailed and customized that I have found new expressions of poses I have been in hundreds of times. She seems to be able to read her students and offer modifications or change the pace of the class as needed. I would highly recommend her and the studio for both new and experienced people looking for balance and renewal.

The concern for youth staff a very pleasant and I enjoyed talking with them and I would love to have my grand daughter join in on other stuff they are having

Pros: The best pediatric services you can get in a 200km radius Listens to you thoroughly Gives expert advices Cons: Long wait times Messy clinic

I just adore how the new staff decides to turn on the answering machine a full hour before the office closes! :D This is the 5th day in less than a month I've had this happen.

Dr. Auchamp is amazing!
