Love how friendly the staff are, smoothie bar, beautiful bathroom and so many classes!

I've been to a lot of gyms and by far Bob's is my favourite. I love that every class is different, work outs are challenging and the instructors are encouraging and motivating.

An historical farm in the rolling hills a few moments outside Campbellford, Bed Yoga Breakfast was a gem of an experience. Kat, the host, is open and welcoming, the house big and bright, the rooms impecably clean and comfortable, the location tranquille and scenic, and the breakfast delicious. And beginning the day with yoga, that was a treat.

Just Movement Fitness is AMAZING! The classes are awesome, there is something for everyone...strength conditioning, cardio, zumba, stretch, pound fitness, senior programs...and the list goes on. Meghan is passionate, knowledgeable, motivating and just outright absolutly amazing! You will not be disappointed...Just Movement Fitness makes fitness is FUN!!!
