This is the worst place ever. They will take advantage of you while your down and have no problem with lieing or stealing! Save your self the frustration and waste of time and take your vehicle else where. There liars and the type of shop that give this industry a bad name. They will over charge for horrible work and most likely your vehicle will come back in worse shape than when they received it if you even get it backat all! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! BE WARNED WORST SHOP IN THE STATE!!!!

When I need repairs done this is the only place I go! They are very reasonably priced and are very friendly! Also, they are very trustworthy. They will not tell you that things need to be replaced unless they really need to be.

We've been going to Pit Stop for all car needs for several years. We don't go anywhere else. They are honest, and never try to sell us things we don't need, or problems we don't have. They are always professional and customer-focused.

I'd give negative stars if I could.my husband and I called our insurance who called these guys to come give us a tow they quoted us a wait of 90 minutes so we waited then continued to wait for another 2 hours after they said they'd be there in 30 minutes then called again and said 15 minutes and we still waited and eventually had to call our insurance to dispatch another company to come get us since this company couldn't even answer their office phone and the driver who called us wouldn't answer any of our 30+ calls to his personal cell to find out where he was and why he wasn't there 30+ minutes after he said he was within 15 minutes of being where we were. This company is the absolute worst and have the worst customer service and portayed their company as extremely unprofessional in their behavior and actions.

Chris and the team at Heads Up Automotive are nothing short of AMAZING. They helped us through a ridiculous situation with our MINI Cooper - not only did the come in at a more reasonable estimate than the other shop, but they worked tirelessly with our warranty company to save us as much money as possible on the repairs. It was a beast of an issue and I am so lucky we had these folks to shepard us through it. Can not recommend them highly enough. The only place to go, in my opinion, for German car repair in the Upstate. Diligent, detail oriented, these people care about their customers and doing what is right.
