Excellent service overall; I was shopping for a car and they were the most prompt at replying to my emails, answering my questions, and providing me with quotes. Heather really helped me look for the right car, and I was happy to give them my business. At no point did I feel like I was in the typical high-pressure, sales-driven car dealership, which is a great thing.

My sales Representative Kristina was absolutely amazing. She got me into the right car at the right price. The whole experience was smooth and transparent from the sale of the actualy car from Kristina to my finncing with James! I was recently in the market for an Infiniti FX50 but none were available in the Halifax area. I decided to expand my search and found the one I wanted at Janex Auto. The experience was outstanding from the very first phone call. I spoke with the salesman Jake, who described the vehicle in detail and we worked out a deal over the phone. I would pay the asking price and Janex would install new tires prior to my arrival. I flew out the next day, Janex picked me up and drove me to the dealership. Even though they were very busy with construction the entire purchase process was very straight forward. Unfortunately the tires had not arrived in time for my departure but both the manager and owner promised to have the tires sent to me in Halifax as soon as they arrived. As for the car, I couldn't be happier. I drove it from Ottawa to Halifax with one stopover in Quebec. It ran flawlessly and was surprisingly economical, for a V8. I would like to thank everyone at Janex for the great service and for being so professional and and for going the extra mile in making my purchase so smooth. Update: I thought that I should ad that the dealer came through with the brand new tires. They arrived a few days ago. It is really amazing dealing with a car dealer who is honest and professsional.
