Car Dealership

Leo Zhang provide perfect service and always think from my side. Their customer service is absolutely awesome. Leo is very knowledgeable, responsible and takes care of his customers. I would recommend him to my friends!

Shane was fantastic in helping me buy a brand new Type R. If you're serious about buying one, go to him. The other dealer I went to was a waste of my time, the dude there didn't know jack about the car he was trying to sell me. Another dealer I was dealing with via the internet stopped replying to my emails. Another one didn't even bother playing ball. Shane on the other hand clearly knew about the car and made the process in buying a new car smooth and painless.

We here at Malcolm's Auto Service find the parts staff an amazing group of people to deal with. Ken and his gang are always fast and friendly, and more then willing to go the extra mile to get us the right parts in a timely manner. In a world where the dealership level can be suspect, the parts staff at Fraser Chrysler are a breath of fresh air.

I have to say this is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had from start to finish . Raymond took the time to understand my need and not only did I obtain that but he truly signifies that there are genuine people still out there that do take the time to listen and truly care . I can't thank you guys enough for the superior customer service!!

A+++ Just got my second car from there... excellent service, honest staff, and good prices! Will definitely get my next car from there too!

Awesome staff and great prices, I use them for my tires.

Well let me tell you how great they are here my wife and I traded our car in Granville was awesome. Gave me a great offer on our car, I know when it’s time to trade our car in I’ll be definitely coming back to see Granville. I’ve had my 2017 Chevy Impala serviced a few times here I’ve never had any issues. Always friendly at customer service desk and 100% honest. Keep up the great work!!!!!! Thank you so much OMS Chris!!!

Hands down, THE BEST dealer ever, especially for its Service department. Everyone at OMS is so nice and puts customers' best interest first. They fix your car without adding any unnecessary cost. Did I mention that they wash your car every time after the service! Everyone can come here and assure that his/her car would have the best care.

Always good service and pleasant atmosphere

We have bought 2 vehicles from Cornwall Nissan, nothing but great experiences!! Great staff, and amazing service!

Pretty disappointed today when I went to see the car today. As I entered the dealership I see all salesmen not showing interested and didn't bother acknowledging me. Someone finally said hi to me and asked what I am looking for. I showed my interest in pre-owned vehicle and asked if there is flexibility in negotiating the price. The salesman gave me a nasty look and said if this doesn't fit in my budget then I shouldn't be visiting the dealership. I was like "wow"! I left pretty disappointed. I encourage Honda Company to perform "Mystery Shopping" at this dealership and take action based on the results.

My experiences with this dealership has been nothing less than stellar. Great service department.

Very good customer service. As with other dealerships, labour costs are high.
