Après avoir fait un essai routier chez un autre concessionnaire, j’ai appelé plusieurs concessionnaires de Montréal et des Laurentides. J’ai fait affaires avec M. Giuseppe Di Lillo qui a été d’excellent conseil. Nous avons négocié au téléphone. Il a fait preuve d’un grand respect et m’a parlé de tous les aspects techniques de ma voiture par rapport à d’autres modèles Honda. Très satisfaite de mon achat, je suis souvent dans le coin et je fais l’entretien là-bas. C’est le moins que je peux faire pour les remercier! On ne se sent pas comme un numéro.

I just stopped in on a whim to look at a Colorado that I might be purchasing before next summer. Sales Consultant Greg Winklemann was really helpful and I look forward to a longer visit in the future when I have the time to drive one.

I had a bad experience with AutoBye. They approached me to inquire about a car that I was selling, offering 15% lower price. I took the time to listen to their offer and let them know that I had a better offer on the table. They explained that the first offer is an initial offer, that could be higher or lower, depending on the vehicle condition, which sounded fair to me. After a couple of calls and text messages, I decided to take an appointment with them. On the day before the appointment, I called them to say that I have finally taken another offer. Then the representative/dealer stormed at me, saying that I was dishonest. This was very offensive. I have told upfront that I had another offer in consideration. I am very disappointed with the company and I think they need to learn to listen and to talk to their customers.

Après avoir acheté une voiture à ce concessionnaire, il a cessé de répondre. La voiture a parcouru environ 200 km et est destinée aux réparations majeures du moteur. Nous avons essayé plusieurs fois de le contacter, mais il n'a plus répondu. Nous consultons actuellement un avocat pour poursuivre et mettre fin à cette arnaque contre les gens qui achètent des voitures dans l'espoir d'une utilisation sans problème comme la loi au Canada!

It was my first experience at a dealership, I came in order to finance a car and I couldn't of been any happier overall ! The service was absolutely fantastic and the deals these guy's can work out for you is amazing !! I didn't regret it at all and I couldn't of asked for better honestly !!!
