DO NOT BUY ANY VEICLES HERE. They'll be nice to you, fake nice. They don't care about you, they see a sale and take advantage of you. Specialy if they know ur a single parent who needs a car If you take the car back for any reason, they are mean they belittle you oh and threaten you I was so shocked I was getting made fun of and threaten from Steve the owner I want everyone to know how this company works The ppl that gave good reviews either haven t had any problems, or Steve wrote the good reviews himself. That's how they are. PLEASE SHARE, EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHO THEY REALLY ARE

Highly recommend NOT using this Mazda dealership. Went in for an oil change and they attached $1544.00 price quote for parts/labor I supposedly needed on my 2012 Mazda Skyactive. I bought the parts at CAP's and took my car in to Canadian Tire as the parts price and labor was substantially lower then Cornwall Mazda's quote. The front ball joint was changed and then the tensioner pulley and serpentine belt. The Canadian Tire mechanic called us back in to the garage. He showed us the parts he had changed and said they didn't need changing . There was nothing wrong with my parts. He checked the rear bearing as it was on Cornwall Mazda's list to change. There was nothing wrong with my rear bearing and Canadian Tire found no reason to change it. Rick was confronted with the original tensioner pulley, front ball joint and serpentine belt. Little did they know, the tensioner pulley and serpentine belt was changed July 2016. Rick just fumbled, stuttered, body shaking and no explanation given as to why there was a price quote and parts list for unnecessary work .

Needed fuel line service. Job well done. Service department is friendly and helpful. Take care of your Chevy there get it done right.

Convinced my grandmother that her struts were "leaking" by spraying shop solvent on them! And told her they will put new ones on for over 500$!!! My father put them on for her and they only cost around 200$ for the whole assembly arm. It also took them over an 1 hour and 1/2 to get snow tires off of the rims and put summer tires on the vehicle. It didn't take that long for my father to put on the strut assembly!!!! She will never go there again! It

Slow service, the mechanics don't know what they are doing and the owner was vary moody.
