We purchased a new CX 5, the exact model and colour we wanted. Whole procedure was easy; staff were always friendly and very helpful. Very happy with the whole experience!

The staff at Comox Valley Nissan were great! I drove in Christmas Eve with a truck I wanted to trade in, and they were quick to help. They got me into a beautiful Sante Fe from their used section and I just love it. Mark (my sales rep) was wonderful to deal with, right down to the way to small ugly Christmas sweater. I will definitely be coming back for future vehicle purchases.

Valley Autohaus always does a fantastic and extremely professional job on our BMW. At one point our car needed a repair that meant that I could not drive the car 300kms to my home. They were going to be closed the next day, but Valley Autohaus went above and beyond the call of duty, made the time for us, and got the job done. Our BMW only goes to Valley Autohaus.

Most motorcycle shops in Canada are closed on Monday. So when we had a flat tire in Courtenay on a Monday we thought we would be out of luck. The guys at American Motor Service were not only open on Monday, they went above and beyond in obtaining a new front tire for my (non-Harley) motorcycle and repaired it promptly to get me on my way back home. Excellent service, thanks guys.

I lost my electronic $400 car key in Courtenay, Vancouver Island. I live in Vancouver. I went to the Old Island Highway Courtenay BC Hyundai dealership. Not one dealership on the island could make me a new key! I visited and talked to Chris Schneider-Service Manager at the dealership. He called every dealership on the island who could not create a new key. He advised me to get my spare key shipped from Vancouver. He drove me to the Walmart parking lot and helped me look for my lost keys. He also drove me to my sister’s place as I had to wait for UPS with my keys to arrive. Chris was sooooo nice to me and even sent a driver to get me the next day and pick up my keys. He dealt with UPS and even offered to wash my car and all for no charge. I am a Hyundai buyer and he was super attentive and kind. I have never been treated so fairly and kindly at any place of business. Amazing work and thank you Chris for all that you did for me. I’m home now and my spare key does the job. You made my horrible situation so much more bearable!!!!!❤️❤️❤️☺️ I’ll never forget your kindness. 💝
