Car Dealership

They did everything in their power to find us the unit that fit our criteria and get us the financing. Amazing bunch of people.

I walked in off the street and met the owner, very professional, honest and helpful info. I am going to try and buy one of his Delicas in the future

Pleasant staff to deal with. Did not feel any high pressure tactics, rather a very courteous, professional and friendly group of people from management to sales and service.

We had a wonderful experience here. Friendly, informative. Not to mention, the cars are amazing too.

Brandon was very helpful and excited in his own right. Got a decent deal on a car I really like. Worked with me to find a way to get the car in my budget. Definitely would recommend.

Owning 2 FCA vehicles we have had good services from the BHC team. Staff are very friendly and have reasonable product knowledge.

Karen was awesome to deal with!! 5 stars for sure

Great place very helpful staff

A fantastic experience. Shopping for a new f-150 I had been to several dealers and visited many websites. Found VanIsle Fords website one of the best so decided to call and see what they were all about. I was invited to come see their dealership as they were very proud of what they have built there in Port Alberni and agreed to based on the representation of the business by the sales manager Brett. I was greeted at the door and the vehicle I was interested in was ready for viewing and test drive. Right from the start I was treated fairly and with respect. All informal quotations were accurate. I got a really fair deal and am incredibly happy with VanIsleFord. Brett was up front and very accommodating. We actually came to an informal deal via texts. Once we got serious and I formalized the deal with Mark the numbers were within 20$ of the previous texted quotes. Unbelievable. Never have I had a more positive experience while purchasing a vehical. Charles is great and is committed to my satisfaction making sure that I know the truck and all the new conveniences attached to it. The entire staff were friendly and committed to doing a great job for me. I highly recommend you make the drive to Port Alberni and see these guys before you buy a new truck or car. VanIsleFord if you are looking for your new truckmance you need to call them first.

Very professional, friendly staff. The greatest price I've ever seen for a 2006 VW Passat- $877.00!!! WOW!!! Thank you!!

Top Notch all around customer service . Cheers

Excellent service

Very Honest an helpful👍

These guys are great! We were on holiday and at the mercy of this shop to repair a blown wheel bearing on our boat trailer. They made time for us for the repair and were kind and fair with us. I would wholeheartedly recommend these folks!

this place has good service and a great bunch of people great team

What can I say! We love this place! We just bought a 2019 F350 Limited and we were so so impressed with the quality of service we recieved. These guys really do make you feel like family, and work very hard to make sure that they exceed your expectations, and that they do! We worked with Raff, Everett and Shawn and the service we recieved was impeccable. Never once did we feel pressured or confused, they took it as slow or as long as they needed to make sure we were completely comfortable and knowledgeable before making any decisions moving forward. Our family will deal with these guys for many years to come. Thanks for truly putting the family in Family Ford!!
