Car Dealership

If your looking for a new vehicle, look no further than the wizard himself, Lee Macdonald. The things this guy can do, well, I only thought Harry Potter could conjure up. I recently bought a new vehicle and the time and consideration Lee put in was beyond my expectations. Lee not only cares about getting you the vehicle you want but cares about you. I highly recommend Lee for your next vehicle purchase. Woodgrove Chrysler also has top notch customer service. I've taken my vehicle in a few times to get serviced and the customer service was outstanding! So if your looking for a tune up or any car related issues do not hesitate to check them out.

We came to Galaxy Motors Nanaimo right after we arrived from another province looking for a new vehicle because we left our old one behind as we moved in with all our staff loaded in the U-haul truck. We trusted reviews when we chose the dealership and weren't wrong! Our experience with Galaxy Motors was above expectations. Our sales person wasn't pushy or all over us just trying to send us on our way with a new car. He was more like a good neighbour you came to ask advise before buying new vehicle. He actually changed our mind on the type of car that would suit our needs better and we're 100% happy with the choice! Thank you Roy! The rest of the team at the dealership did fantastic job and we drove home on our new car same day with all the paperwork already done. We definitely recommend Galaxy Motors Nanaimo and Roy Sommerfeld to everybody looking for a good reliable vehicle and a hustle free way to get it. Cheers!

Nissan Nanaimo has excellent staff and service. Our salesman, Brylan was very personable, knowledgeable of Nissan's products, very accommodating and worked hard to get us the vehicle we were looking for. Devon the finance manager worked hard to get us a deal, within our price range. We are very happy with our Nissan Rouge and look forward to doing more business with Nissan Nanaimo in the future😊 Sandy & Dave Thomas

Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape SE. Love it!!! Jeff & Cory were great to deal with. All the staff are courteous, friendly and talked to us as they walked by. No shortage of service at this dealership. This is our second purchase from KFL - had a good experience the first time around too. Happy customers - most definitely will be back!

We had the unfortunate experience to break down on the highway coming into Revelstoke. The tow operator recommended Jacobson Ford for the repairs. We had him tow us to the Shop and first thing the next morning Ryan and Rylee took charge. They apologised when they said it could take until the end of the week for the parts to in. We went for breakfast and walked through Revelstoke. Around 130 we headed back to the shop to find the truck repaired and going out on a road test. We were able to be on the road home by 230. Thankyou Ryan, Rylee and your team. I strongly believe we would be still waiting for parts if we had gone elsewhere. Your care and commitment to customer service is top notch.
