Would highly recommend dealing with Hamburg Honda if you're looking for a brand new car. My sales representative Marco Buscema was pleasant and professional, helpful and very fair in his sales routine. Full-comprehensive warranty coverage and additional bonuses from Hamburg really added extra value to the purchase as well. The 2019 Civic LX seen below has been a complete pleasure to drive this last month, not to mention all the great safety/tech features included. Great service + value.

Great Service

I bought a family van from Auto Matters in 2014. Mr. Arif was very helpful in finding it within my budget at the time. It was a very reliable vehicle, didn't ever give me any trouble and I kept it until 2018 when I bought a new SUV. Would recommend Auto Matters for meeting the requirement of a budget friendly quality vehicle.

We have been leasing a Buick Encore for a year and half now. Jim Stewart got us out of a tricky situation with a vehicle we had financed from another dealership and we couldn't be happier. Most recently we had an issue with a snow tire change over appointment and the service department went above and beyond to rectify the situation by picking up the vehicle at our house and bringing it back after service so my wife and newborn daughter didn't have to wait at the dealership, and by covering the cost of the maintenance due to our initial inconvenience. We're very impressed and will definitely be going back to Ernie Dean for our next vehicle purchase and all vehicle service!

Contracted to have my 05 civic's quarter panels replaced with new metal and a hole in the driver's side rear wheel well fixed. Also two small dents above the fuel door we're too be repaired. He slapped hand made repair peices on top of the rust, didn't fix the hole, and didn't repair the dents. The passenger side was wavy and not smooth. When I called him he became annoyed and gave me attitude. In short, Don't take your body work jobs to this guy.

Hello, To summarize my experience with Cardinal would create nothing short of a novel and so I will leave it at this: I never provided any business to Cardinal Kia in the past until my motor blew and they were my only option. Yet, they had me approved through the goodwill program and a $6000 repair became $0. The next 2 months would be an absolute rollercoster of problems, set backs and frustration. The important thing that I deduced from this journey was that Cardinal Kia held themselves accountable for any shortcomings and fixed their mistakes. As a result of this, I have nothing but good things to say about them. Shelly from the service department was adamant about helping me and she came through. Jason from service demonstrated understanding for my frustration and went above and beyond to satisfy me. I am thankful that I came across such a good group of people. Had I not relocated to Ottawa, I would undoubtedly purchase my next vehicle through them. I recommend anybody reading this post to do so - You will not be disappointed. Friendly service

I wish I could give them less than a 1. Long story short- don’t get warranties. My significant other purchased a vehicle here and they like to charge people for services they haven’t explained would have a cost. We brought the car in to get checked and was told to return a week later. We were never told we would be charged for anything. A week later when we returned and the car was serviced, final bill had an amount of $50 fee for the FIRST visit (all they did was hook up the car to a machine to let us know why the engine light was on) I prefer honesty and good customer service, especially if we have purchased from you. Go elsewhere if you are looking for reliability and an honest business.

They are all very nice and try very hard to satisfy their customers as best they can and they have a nice selection of cars as well as Suv trucks

I can't tell you how helpful and friendly the entire staff at Nissan was. Our salesman Sean went above and beyond for us and was a blessing during such a stressful time. I got my Qashqai on Sunday and it is a beautiful ride. Thank you Sean for your patience and extensive knowledge of cars. Thank you also for just being a genuinely nice and funny guy. You made buying a car easy. Also thank you to Denise for your honesty and integrity.....and the KitKat!!! I will definitely be buying all my future vehicles there.
