This place is great, I got my first car here and I love it. I looked around for a long time before buying a car and had some bad experiences at other dealers but the guys at Loyal King Auto made buying my first car such a great experience and I'm really appreciative.The people here are so helpful and accommodating. The owner is such a nice guy, very honest and dependable. Definitely recommend them!!!

Don't let service in your vehicle. Went in with my 1 day old F-150 for USB ports not working and they pried it off and scratched/ gouged the plastic underneath rather then compressing the clips. USB still didn't work so they had to replace my computer. In doing so they admitted to breaking my phone mount but didn't realize that they scratched the trim around the screen and broke the vent where the phone mount was mounted. When I asked for them to fix/ replace the parts that were damaged when removing the USB port I was told that the part was to expensive and that " the USB port can not be replaced without damaging the plastic underneath" no joke that's what I was told. I brought my truck in and showed the service Manager Steve and the dealer Manager how to remove it within 10 seconds with a paper clip and no damage. Still they wouldn't admit any wrong doing or offer to fix it or even a free oil change.

Service I received at Basil Ford was excellent. Kept to the promised time frame. Coupon for the works included oil change, NYS inspection, and routine maintenance. Felt it was a good value. Dealership waiting area was comfortable. I will use them again in spring for an air bag recall.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I Purchased a certified car for my 80 year old mother, that MTO checked and stated it should not have been certified. They have dealt with the mechanic PRO STREET AUTOMOTIVE in Whitby ON, and we were told to go to the dealer directly to resolve the issues. We have put in $3800 of repairs to keep this vehicle on the road and Mr. Kabani won't respond to our emails and sent our registered letter back to the post office without opening it.Now our only recourse is SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Don't be fooled by the Wolf in Sheeps clothing.

My Chevy looks beautiful. After Sometime while I turn it makes a churning sound. Also practically it makes a sound as if A-bomb is about to go off.

Called Pioneer Transmission in a panic because I was told by a different mechanic that I needed a new clutch and they refused to fix it. They took my car in the very next morning and found it was not the clutch they fixed the small problem free of charge. I am so thankful and will defiantly be keeping them as my go to Mechanic shop😊 Thanks so much you guys rock!!!!!!
