Appreciate how chill they are about charging. Had an issue with a homeless person using another charger in Guelph and chargepoint support directed me here. Double checked that they were okay with how I was parked and everything was good!

This was the best car dealer experiences I have had. I walked in without any appointments and despite being super busy, I was very well looked after by Paul and Jerry. The negotiation was very straightforward, and they gave a me a great deal on my trade in. Steve in finance was a pleasure to deal with and made everything go very smoothly. Lastly, picking up the car was a great experience. Ian walked me through the particulars and i was in and out in 45 minutes. I already had an Infiniti vehicle. Serviced it at 400 Infiniti for the first time last week and they were phenomenal. Was in the market for another vehicle and because the service was so good I ended up leasing it from here as well. What can I say? The experience was unbelievable. Most stress free leasing and negotiating experience I have ever had. Adam Harkness was exceptional. I had previously leased from 401-Dixie Infiniti in the GTA and this was far superior !!! I would highly recommend this dealership for service and if you are in the market for a lease or purchase look no further than Adam Harkness at 400 Infiniti. This is coming from someone with 2 Infiniti vehicles from 2 different dealerships. Night and day. This dealership was far superior in every aspect to 401-Dixie Infiniti. Highly recommended

We purchased a Toyota Corolla from Guelph Toyota. Patrick was absolutely great. He not only showed me all the models in my budget, he asked me my driving routine and suggested the car which would best suit my interest. I also troubled him for some tutorial videos after the purchase was done and he was always glad to help out. I would also like to mention Nick, who handled all the financials so well that it was a smooth sail to get approved. These people are both rockstars !
