Recently purchased a vehicle at Brentwood Motors from AJ and I have to say the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. Even with a situation that could've been disastrous at other dealerships (I speak from experience in the car industry) was handled professionally and courteously. Thank-you to owner Andreas and salesman AJ, who was friendly and knowledgable and went above and beyond in customer service. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Gary the owner at Sensible Auto Sales is a great guy to buy or sell too. The company I work for has used them to buy several quality used vehicles from our For Sale by Owner data base. I recently purchased a car from Mark at ML Motors and I can genuinely say it is the best customer service and deal I have received from a used car dealership. I have bought cars from other dealerships in the past and most times the salesmen gets aggressive and pushy but Mark was genuine, accommodating and transparent about the cars. Their after service is unsurpassed. I had questions about the car I bought weeks later and their staff was eager to help. They went out of their way to answer my questions. I definitely recommend this dealership to those looking to purchase a used car.

I suggest you never go there! You can totally see when someone to extort every single penny out of sale. He was trying to to charge for things I didn't ask, so in short, he showed me a bill for 457$, I found it was a little high, look at it, as why this and that and found out he was charging me for stupid hidden fees that I would not have to pay at a fair competitor, After I reduced the price to 285$, I decided I'll go do business somewhere else and I pay 300$ for it. that 15$ difference is explained by I don't give a them f you price are a little higher, as long as you do not try to Fudge me with hidden cost that I didn't ask for!

Me and my girlfriend bought a car from MJ, we went to see one but didn't suit what we were after and MJ found us something that fit our needs. He was attentive and very helpful. The car we bought needed 4 new tyres so we were going to get snow tyres anyways so MJ paid for that to be done which is awesome, have never seen that from a dealership before! We love the car awesome little runner and a great price, $3000 cheaper than any similar car on the market!

We have been on Dueck Downtown a few times on the last four to five years, but this last experience was really outstanding, since we walked in through those doors we felt really welcome, first we were greeting at the door by Mrs Kimberly Kim, the sales representative that opened that door with the smile and joy for her job and was able to show us many opportunities to get into our newer car, her acknowledgment give us the confidence that we were on the right place at right time. Along with Mr Peter ( "the" Manager) we could experience not only an extraordinary deal, but also hear from him how passionate he is about Brazilian soccer, he knows more about soccer that I thought I knew. Had a great experience with purchasing a FIAT for my wife from this dealership. Our salesperson Taryn, was awesome. From going out on a test drive to letting us know of the car's features, she was really pleasant without putting any pressure on us. They even make espresso and affogato with Italian gelato for you! Very professional service, and overall a great buying experience.

Strongly recommend to avoid. Bought a car and within 50km had warning and error lights. They looked at it, deleted the error codes and ignored everything. I've had to spend over 10k in repairs within 9 months. Dodgy dodgy dodgy

I had 2 experiences with this dealership. First was horrible, the second much better but still not great. First Visit, about 2 years ago. See a used car on Craigslist and stop at the dealership to look at it. The salesman doesn't talk to me much but starts getting the car ready right away for a test drive. I didn't even ask for a test drive yet. The car has no gas, he runs around with a 10 liter jerry can and puts some in. I take it for a test drive and the car didn't handle well, and felt rattly and beat up. I come back and he says "you like it, let's go talk price". And I told him that I don't like it and don't want to buy it. He starts YELLING at me "why did you take the car for a test drive if you don't want to buy it". SERIOUSLY!!! So I told him that I don't like the car and that's all there is to it. I thought we were going to get into a fist fight he was so angry. I could not believe it. Second visit, few days ago. See a car on Craigslist that I like and even though I hate the place stop in and and have a look. Tell the different salesman from last time that I just want to have a look today. Salesman was very nice and pleasant and did zero sales pitch on me. But then I ask if the car is a rebuilt and he says YES. The add said the status is clean! Sketchy stuff. The car looked okay and I said maybe in the future I may come back and take it for a test drive and salesman was very cordial and just said "no problem, anytime". So while the second visit was pleasant the fact they misrepresented the car status in their Craigslist listing really bothers me. The status of the car wouldn't be a deal breaker for me, but makes me wonder what else they lied about that I don't know about.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. This is without a doubt the worst company I've ever encountered! Both the salesmen and the owner have lied to us several times and broken at least 3 written contracts. We have had to pay over 2500 cad ourself to repair the car even though they promised us that they would pay for it. We also bought a one year warranty from them which we never received. Car2Buy have caused us a lot of stress and I would recommend everyone to stay away from them.

My Parents have been dealing with Burrard Acura for the past 20 years, and it has never been a bad experience. I recently got a chance to purchase my own first car, and it was a great experience. The entire staff and the Sales Manager, Sunny, helped me find the most suitable car for my needs. Tal and Vik the Financial Managers, did everything they can to help me stay in my budget and provide me the best service possible. I would definitely recommend this Acura Dealership to everyone!

I wanted to share a quick story and a thank you to the body shop at Cam Clark. A few days ago, my car was broken into and my front window of my vehicle was smashed. I called Ford to set up an appointment to have it repaired. Curtis, the body shop manager, was incredibly friendly and offered me to stop in to get my broken window space wrapped in plastic to keep the rain out until repairs could be done. I stopped by and they took care of me immedatley. The did a great job (ALOT better than the plastic bag I had taped up there!) And made it to so I could even see through to my mirror. Great group of people and appreciate the customer service!
