I purchased a used BMW recently and I was extremely pleased with all areas of service provided from this dealership. Riley in sales was very easy to work with and he made the purchase procedure go very smoothly with minimal stress. He was very good at communicating with me , which was important as we do not live on the island. I would definitely look at purchasing another car from this dealership and I would gladly work with Riley in the future.

Brought my 2017 Tacoma into service concerning a recall, vibration, and a dash rattle noise. Grant, whom which was my service advisor was great to work with, easy going and kept me up to date on what was going on with my truck as it was being serviced. Quality work and professionalism was performed and my truck is now back to driving normally. Also sending a big thanks to the Technician who performed all the work on my truck as well!

Very good experience pre and post purchase, great staff, excellent service. I had issues with my new unit and had it in their shop the next day, and returned back within the week so I can enjoy one last long weekend.

Dylan as salesman was super easy to work with and learn from. Husband and I separately walked in for a first look at the Accord Hybrid and both were greeted and given great info with a test drive. We both appreciated the low pressure approach. The team seems to work well together, helping us get a decent price on our trade in and even a bit of a discount on this new car. No pressure on extras, just good follow through on getting us to the car we wanted. We were actually able to get the Touring version for almost the same price as the EX and love the extras. Thanks!

I recently purchased a new Toyota 4 Runner. I began and did most of the process online. I live about an hour and a half from this dealership. I will say it was worth the drive. I have had bad experiences in the past with dealerships and sales people. So I was difficult to work with. Our sales person was Jake, and seriously I can't possibly begin to say how wonderful he was to work with. He deserves an extra star!!! This dealership has a great reputation, just read the reviews, I did before buying and they deserve it. Excellent friendly service. Wonderful people!!! Would buy from them again, would recommend them!!! Thank you so much Jake, you are so awesome!!!

Went in looking to stick to a price range and get a great car. Jason Bartlett did awesome didn’t show me something I couldn’t get, took into consideration what I wanted and answered all my questions without hesitation facts in hand. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new to you or new car in general. They have a great kids area too. Just a great place all around.

Used Car Dealers were always in the same category as dentists and personal injury lawyers for me until my youngest son bought a 2012 Toyota Tacoma from Joe Baudichon at AutoRama in Eugene. He made our long-distance purchase from the duty station in Seattle work with text, calls, Venmo for the deposit, and lightning fast response time, even with our three week delay that held the truck for picking up when military scheduling allowed. Joe followed through with every detail and made our son’s first vehicle purchase a wholly positive one. Extraordinary and impeccable pride and professionalism in an industry where we thought it was impossible to find anything of the kind! Salesmen Chris and Keith were great. Chris scoured the state inventory to find exactly what we wanted at a price point we provided. At the point everything came together, from previous car purchases, I kept waiting for a bad shoe to drop - but was really pleased that Lithia delivered on what had been agreed upon during the search for the right car. At pickup time, Chris was swamped with 2 other customers, and so Keith helped with familiarization with the car, providing a seamless purchase. Based on our experience, I would readily recommend Lithia Toyota to others.
